A lovely 15th century building with all the interior you'd expect. A little effort on the stairs, but you get over it. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room is restocked each day without having to request.
The breakfast is continental style, hosted by good staff, in a beautiful brick arched cellar. The hotel room was very spacious, with an old timber beamed ceiling.
Location is superb, on the corner of the old market square. Accessible to all bars, restaurants and nearby trams.
We stayed 4 nights, regretted not staying for 7. Krakow is slowly turning into a repeated holiday destination for us, We wouldn't hesitate to book at this hotel again.

A lot of sunshine came into the room very early in the morning even if the curtains were closed and I could hear all the noise from the outside as well until late at night. Annoying but not super expensive so I guess excellence isn’t expected.

No power outlet in washroom, the staff told us what parking to use, it’s was suppose to be 120 zły
When leaving Parking lot we were told to pay 280 zły hotel forgot to me mention we have to pay for parking at the reception and the family is soaked…
Also the rooms don’t have a/c and when the window is open you can’t sleep due to court yard restaurant, because being close to the town square I would avoid is place especially with kids

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room cleaning was lacking, with no vacuuming or sweeping. The major issue was the noise from the street; single rooms face the street and are subjected to loud disruptions from intoxicated people and football chants, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Although the hotel offers complimentary earplugs, they didn't help much, and after three nights of poor sleep, I was completely exhausted. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you need a good night's sleep.

Great location for old town/ sight seeing. In the centre of all the cafes, shops ,bars.very close to main square and 5 min walk to wawel castle. Rooms are adequate for a long weekend with tea and coffee/ kettle/cups but no milk or fridge. Breakfast is cold ham/cheese/ etc with warm scrambled eggs and mini sausage. There is also a luggage store for your last day. We would go back.

Small tidy but a bit dated. As for location to the main square you couldn't get better. Staff friendly and very helpful would definitely go back

Very bad experience. Rather a low level hotel with an extremely uncomfortable and noisy rooms. No parking, no working TV, very sad & outdated inside. Never ever again. The guest doesn't matter at all :(
