The staff were fine. The rooms were very small and basic, but you expect that with the price.
What you don't expect is a mattress that feels like you're falling off a ledge into it's dip, no extra blankets, no extra pillow only the awful flattened one on the bed with a chair cushion.
There's no milk with your complimentary tea/coffee.
Probably wouldn't stay there again, never been so happy to get back to my own bed

Our experience in Nobilton Hotel was excellent! Even more so that we found it after we were not able to check-in in apartment booked before our arrival to Krakow. Nobilton Hotel immediately reacted to our phone during night, welcomed us pleasantly and offered a nice room. Beds are comfortable, everything was clean, cloak-room was huge, and view from the window to the yard very pretty. The top is breakfats! Served in the Nepali restaurant which is part of the hotel - breakfasts are very rich, content everything you need and dreamed of during the night! The service is most pleasant. Next time we come we will book a room with a balcony and definitely try lunch in the restaurant. The hotel is cca 10 min walk from the Main Square - Rynek Glowny - another top feature. Can only recommend!

The location and tram access were the winners. It's a lovely, atmospheric place in an old building, beautifully overgrown with three-lobed ivy, so it's atmospheric. There's a kettle and tea/water in the room, and it's spotlessly clean.

Great location with paid parking. Great distance from the old town. Good choice at breakfast. Definitely recommend. Our first st time in Krakow

I loved it here the food was brilliant and the rooms were spotless the staff were so friendly and the location is great me and my mum and dad will be coming back here because it is awsome

Hotel is not to far away from old town main square. About 10 minute walk. Which was fine. The outside of the hotel looks pretty. However that's where the positives end. It's stunk of curry every day for the 4 days we were there. Room is tiny. Double bed is even smaller. Mattress is solid as a rock. Pillows are the worst iv ever had including the small hard bed. Super noisy due to thin walls. Power cut on the second night in several of the bedrooms... which was quickly delt with but still frustrating. Breakfast options were poor. Hardly anything there. Tea included in room but no milk for tea. Wouldn't go back there.

The hotel is located right near the city center. The room was small but very clean and nice. No AC, but the room had a fan, which was enough for the size. Beautiful balcony with view on the lovely courtyard. Friendly staff.

The hotel is in a good location, outside the old town, quieter than in the old town, very convenient to walk anywhere, and it is also convenient to take the bus to the nearby town. The room is very quiet and comfortable. I stayed for two nights. The room was cleaned every day and equipped with two bottles of drinking water. It is worth staying

The service staff is very kind and helpful. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is not bad. But there is no elevator and it is tiring to carry luggage.
