We stayed with a group (43 people, most of whom were 17-18 years old) at the hotel from 28.4.25 to 1.5.25. This was our first time at this hotel. Everything went great and the staff was helpful and flexible as much as possible. A quiet and comfortable hotel, the breakfast met the requirements of our group very well. I hope this will become "our" hotel in the future.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff team were very helpful and friendly. If we come back we will definitely stay here

I have been to Wilga Hotel and I had a great night. We were bowling and playing pool and the staff was really nice. Kasia and Anastasia were very friendly they made great cocktails, and have been a wonderful company. I certainly recommend.

Not answering the phone is not a good way to run a business

While the area it's situated in doesn't impress, it only adds to the surprise that you get once you enter the hotel. It's a very modern interior, with well decorated hallways. The rooms are very clean, a good size with plenty of storage space and the bathrooms are well equipped. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff have been supremely welcoming and friendly, even more so as I don't speak Polish. Everyone was very accommodating and I always got the sense that my needs were a priority. If there is one criticism I have it'd have to be the internet speed. On average I was getting about 2mbps. Breakfast was included in the price, but I haven't tried it so I can't speak to the quality of the food. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to those that wish to stay within easy reach of central Krakow at a reasonable price. Given the opportunity, I would happily stay here again.

Very nice hotel in good location.

We had a Group Reservation at Hotel Wilga, but following the measures of the authorities, due to COVID-19, we were forced to cancel it. Hotel Wilga staff do not reply to our emails neither our phone calls. As well they do not want to refund the amount of the reservation. If the situation continues like we will forced to proceed in a legal way against the hotel. We do not recommend this hotel.

The Managerin was unfriendly and not hospitable , plus I had a sleepless night because of the other costumers in the hotel.
At the check-in she also should tell us that they were big groups of school kids also in the hotel. It felt like it was a party hotel. I couldn't sleep until 1am because of the loud noise.
I will not book this hotel again.
