Older basic hotel but fine for the price. Staff were all very friendly. They offer breakfast but we didn't try that out. The beds aren't that comfortable and the blanket was a bit short for a tall guy like myself. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the hotel so the location is perfect if you're there to check out the city. The room keys are all labelled with the hotel name and room number, which is a bit of a security risk. The lift only goes up to the 3rd floor so you have to carry your bags up stairs if you're staying on the fourth floor. Fine for us, but something to be mindful of if you're older.
Overall a good stay if you're on a budget.

Everything was perfect. Great location, just beside the square. Safe, clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Everyone spoke English. Breakfast was continental ie: fruit, ham/ cheese , cereal but you can order freshly cooked pancakes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs.
Highly recommend this place. Irish pub just down the road was class

Liked the Location....touching old town...few min to get there....many restaurants and bars in close proximity...big rooms....clean....go early for breakfast ...after 9 you run the risk of non availability of hot items....they apparently run out....buffet breakfast with items run out!!

This hotel is in such a perfect location, incredibly close to the market square and about a 10 min walk to the Jewish Quarter. The breakfast was great, with the option of some cooked foods as well as continental and the usual fruits and granola etc. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms were large. The bed and pillow could have been more comfortable but for the price overall, this hotel is a gem.

Really nice hotel, good location near market place in the old town, large rooms, cosy, clean and well maintained. Good breakfast in the basement restaurant. Very friendly staff.

Extremally good hotel. Inexpensive, with satisfying breakfast included in price and great location. Group of 4 had 2 separate rooms. We also got free pass to see altar in church (10 zł saving per adult) and discounts to many places (20%), but we didn't use them so not sure how they work. Just did a mistake of not arranging hotel parking, but plenty was available on street (actually saved money). It is very positive to relax in air conditioned room.

This hotel is amazing. It is about 1/4 of a block from the square. It has a free breakfast that puts most of the places that serve breakfast to shame. Eggs to order, danishes, meats, coffee, tea, fruits, cereals, cold cuts, etc.

The staff was very helpful, and speak excellent English. They held our bags for us after check out.

The rooms are very comfortable with good blinds, AC, a safe, comfortable bed, hot water kettle with instant coffee and tea. They clean the rooms daily and replace what you use.

There is an elevator that covers the breakfast room up to the 3rd floor. You have a flight of steps more if your room is on the 4th floor.

If we visit Kraków again, we would definitely stay here again.

Love this place! Hospitality, breakfast and location are wonderful. Rooms could be a bit renovated, but in general are ok.

I stayed at a modern hotel and then here. They are very different but I prefer a hotel over the old buildings. This hotel is very charming and in the old town. The room I stayed was on the 4th floor with roof windows. There was a nail on the bed where my hair stocked for like 5 minutes. Then the room is on top of the house so there are 2 poles at wired places. Breakfast was good and the internet was decent. No elevator on 4 th floor neither. Overall, since I stayed at a hotel I actually prefer the regular established hotel for my stay. Just miss the facilities.
