The location couldn’t be better—just a 2-minute walk from the Old Town and only 5 minutes from the train or bus stations and huge shopping center. The room was clean, warm, and even had a bath, which is a rare find! Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. On top of that, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The room was nice. It has everything you need. The location of the hotel is excellent. The food was also good and the staff was polite. The complaint I have is that the maid threw away some of my personal stuff.

Smart, clean and modern. The reception staff were absolutely great, helpful and friendly.
The location in the old town could not be better. Five minutes walk from the centre square.any bars and restaurants close by.
The room was smart, clean and modern. Maybe use a English speaking news channel other than France 24 but only a tiny critisism.

I had an exceptional stay at hotel Campanile in the heart of Kraków's Old Town! The location is unbeatable, with all the city's historical landmarks, vibrant cafes, and charming streets just steps away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and delightful stay in Kraków!

The hotel is in the touristic area. The rooms are quiet. There is a variety of open buffet breakfast. The water pressure in the shower is not enough and it is necessary to wait a little for warm water. But the popart design of the room compensates for these shortcomings.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Veronica on the front desk was a superstar and really helped us.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Perfect location. Not enought time to explore Krakow unfortunately, looking forward to come back and most likely will choose Campanile Hotel for our stay. Good price, delicious breakfast (kids under 12 eat for free). Thank you!

Let's remember first this is a 3 star hotel and what you paying for it.
That said location is brilliant. Service is brilliant. Front desk is beyond brilliant.
Rooms are clean spacious with plenty of hanging space and an excellent bed.
Breakfast is cheap and plentiful with a 100 other places to eat within 200m.
The whole place has a nice vibe about it. Nothing seems too much trouble

Nice clean hotel. Rooms comfortable. Staff lovely and helpful. No aircon, so you need your window open. Unfortunately, the tram and street noise is a bit obtrusive at times. Room 308. Still worth staying though.

A nice hotel. Great breakfast selection. The room was ample and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting all the sights of Old Town. A good selection of bars and restaurants near by as well as in the hotel itself. The staff have been very nice and speak very good English. This hotel exceeded our expectations.
