Stayed 4 nights, great location near train station,ten minutes from old town square, catch train to airport no problem. We had an attic room, no view but no problem we were always out. Comfy ,warm and quiet, great bathroom. Nice little bar area, .The staff were brilliant, polite and helpful, would definitely stay again. Thankyou

Central location, perfect for visiting the Old Town of Krakow, which is huge. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room is spacious and clean. Since I had no time for breakfast on my departure day, I asked for a lunch package for my further travel. It had so many items in it, it almost lasted the whole day! Thank you very much!

Really elegant hotel in a brilliant location to explore Kraków old town and beyond. The room was really nice and had a very comfy bed and amazing pillows! The room had two USB sockets either side of the bed as well which was helpful and also had its own doorbell and digital "do not disturb"/"clean my room" signs!
Breakfast provided was nice, but slightly limited choice - although it's all down personal preference!
Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend 100% to anyone thinking of spending any time in Kraków!

Amazing hotel! Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, always attentive to every request. Perfect central location, very quiet, with great accessibility for people with disabilities. Spacious and spotless rooms, tasty food. Special thanks to the manager for the extra care. Simply wonderful!

Clean and modern room. We had the one in the attic / the most upper floor, and it was very pleasant. Also, we were concerned that there would be noise with the tram and train passing by it, but we didn’t hear a thing. Great and central location.

This hotel is very close to Krakow Central Station, making it convenient for sightseeing, dining, and other activities. The exterior and interior are beautiful, the room is well-cleaned everyday and the staff are very kind and friendly. The breakfast has a wide variety and everything is so delicious. This is a highly recommended hotel when you visit Krakow.

A lovely hotel within walking distance of the Florian Gate and the main square (Rynek Glowny).
The hotel has only been open for a few years following renovation and so everything is new.
First thing you notice when entering is how clean it is. It is quite a modern hotel. Staff are friendly and so polite and helpful.
A great few days spent here. I would highly recommend it.

A great place to stay in Krakow. Very good location, friendly service, friendly approach to guests. Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bathrooms. Thanks to the mattresses on the beds, you can relax after a day of walking around the city. Additionally: a minibar in the room, a refrigerator and a TV for those in need. Wardrobes for the wardrobe and shelves for shoes and a suitcase allow you to stay in order in the room. The sky above the bed. In addition, air conditioning and thick windows allow you to isolate yourself from the bustle of the city and the nearest train station. In the morning, the restaurant serves a delicious breakfast. A wide selection of cold cuts, cheeses, cottage cheese, fish, salads, eggs in various forms, hot sausages, bread, cakes and buns, fruits, juices, tea and coffee encourages you to celebrate the meal and try almost everything. Even at the last minute, we can bring whatever we want and coffee right on the table. Sky Hotel is definitely a place with a heart. You stick with it and we'll be happy to come back. I recommend it, it's worth it.

The hotel has a great location, close to the center. There was also free parking for the stay, but you need to say in advance that you will arrive by car. We did not do this, but it was not a problem. We were the first to be bothered by the modern and clean reception with very nice and attentive staff. The room was spacious and although we were placed in the attic, the temperature in the room was acceptable, as you can control it yourself with the air conditioning. I definitely recommend.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly. Very, very clean hotel with spacious rooms. They daily gave us free bottles of water, which is a nice extra considering the warm weather during our stay. A/C in room worked very well and was really silent.
The only two points of criticism I have, are actually both based on personal preferences.
For one, the two pillows we got to choose from, were both pretty big and stuffed, making them not so comfortable for us personally.
Secondly, breakfast seemed to be pretty "Polish": a lot of pickled vegetables, strong sausages and fruit filles croissants and pastries. We missed some bacon, normal croissants, pancakes or hash browns, beans, etc. again, this is a matter of personal taste, as everything looked really good and everything was presented in an appetising manner.
Rooms were quite, sometimes you would hear a little nose from the room upstairs or train track but in general, and compared to a lot of other hotels, this wasn't a nuisance! Would definitely come back!
