Sky Hotel Krakow

A great place to stay in Krakow. Very good location, friendly service, friendly approach to guests. Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bathrooms. Thanks to the mattresses on the beds, you can relax after a day of walking around the city. Additionally: a minibar in the room, a refrigerator and a TV for those in need. Wardrobes for the wardrobe and shelves for shoes and a suitcase allow you to stay in order in the room. The sky above the bed. In addition, air conditioning and thick windows allow you to isolate yourself from the bustle of the city and the nearest train station. In the morning, the restaurant serves a delicious breakfast. A wide selection of cold cuts, cheeses, cottage cheese, fish, salads, eggs in various forms, hot sausages, bread, cakes and buns, fruits, juices, tea and coffee encourages you to celebrate the meal and try almost everything. Even at the last minute, we can bring whatever we want and coffee right on the table. Sky Hotel is definitely a place with a heart. You stick with it and we'll be happy to come back. I recommend it, it's worth it.

The hotel has a great location, close to the center. There was also free parking for the stay, but you need to say in advance that you will arrive by car. We did not do this, but it was not a problem. We were the first to be bothered by the modern and clean reception with very nice and attentive staff. The room was spacious and although we were placed in the attic, the temperature in the room was acceptable, as you can control it yourself with the air conditioning. I definitely recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more for a stay in Kraków! The hotel is located at a perfect location from the city centre, which can be easily reached by foot in about 10 minutes. It is also close to the main train station, which was perfect for our ventures outside of the city. Its closeness to the train tracks was however also a downside as the noise from the trains can be heard inside the rooms located at the side of the tracks and trains also run at night. The hotel does provide some earplugs to help with this. The staff at the hotel was simply fantastic! They were kind and super helpful and accommodating as they helped us with a switch of rooms to better our sleep and also provided a breakfast package for our early flight. The breakfast was super tasty and had lots of options and variety so it was great not to miss out. Furthermore, the rooms were clean, had nice and comfortable beds and were very modern. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the hotel as parents and two teenage girls, we took 2 rooms that were supposed to be the same size, in reality the girls' room was much bigger, but both rooms were very pleasant, well-organized and equipped, great feeling, comfortable shower, excellent water flow, perfect in my opinion, very comfortable With teenage girls, that the mall is close to the hotel, and it was very easy and available to order a taxi on the various apps (for example to energylandia), it was great to walk to the old city, or start the morning with a walk in the park that surrounds the old city.
The breakfast was excellent, the staff in the dining room were very pleasant and helpful, in every area of ​​the hotel, everyone were pleasant and kind, and I have no doubt that if we return to Krakow we will choose Again at this hotel.

The ceilings in the rooms are high, the stairs are wide and comfortable, of course there is also an elevator, and there is a gym next to the dining room, but we didn't get to try it

The parents' room sat on the corner of the hotel with one side facing the train, it was a little noisy, but not to the level that made us ask for a change of room, for the girls, whose room was on the front of the hotel with a view of the mall, they didn't hear anything

Great location, close enough to the main square, shops and places to eat / drink. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are clean, mostly comfortable but the hotel is beside the train tracks which run all night. The hotel do provide earplugs which are needed!

We stayed here for 4 nights recently and we absolutely loved it. The service here is top tier perfection and the staff are so incredibly friendly! We opted in for the breakfast as well each morning and we were not disappointed plus late nights in the beer garden. The room we stayed in was huge and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very luxurious experience! 5 or 10 minute walk to old town with many bar's and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Krakow

Can’t fault this Hotel. Visited for a few nights, and ended up arriving early.. to check in was given free drinks as room was not ready. Customer service was 10/10 above and beyond manager even came to apologise for the delay in check in which was super nice!! Water bottles given every day also when leaving when asked for free..

The location is also perfect walking distance from everything train station was 5 minute walk which goes direct to airport train took 10 minutes to the airport

Absolutely stellar value for money. Super friendly staff, squeaky clean room, all required amenities, and excellent location. Very good and very much recommended for an overnight stay.

Quite a nice stay with a central location. Room was not too big but quite cozy and felt clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Would recommend as a mid-price point for a stay in Krakow.
