Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw Mokotow

We stayed here before flying out of Warsaw and when we returned to Warsaw. It is so conveniently located near the airport in a quiet and clean area. It was close and an easy walk to public transportation. The restaurant was awesome and met our breakfast and later dinner needs perfectly. The staff was very friendly and professional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! I 100% recommend this hotel! If we are back in Warsaw we will definitely stay here!

This is my family's second visit to this Sharaton and I cannot say enough positive words to describe how amazing the staff treated us every time. I especially want to send my gratitude to front desk reception we encountered around four different staff members and Sara was exceptional every visit. We had no wait time arriving very early and was able to use my elite Marriott benefit and have the desired early check in and the very late check out was extremely helpful being jet lagged flying all the way from Hawaii. I also need to compliment Kamil the front desk manager helping me on arrival with 2 rooms and an upgrade was extremely appreciated having an end room was so quiet and helpful after a difficult 2 hour drive in hazardous weather and dropping car off at airport he was so helpful allowing us to drop off all our luggage so early. I loved the 24 hour work out room I had all to myself and cannot forget the excellent breakfast was another reason I return to this hotel. The staff in restaurant was so helpful, fast, and efficient... They REALLY need a raise!! I left tips when I was able to get change everyone really went above and beyond!! As we say in Hawaii ... The rooms were very clean and quiet. The restaurant is excellent with a good selection of food and drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although located outside of the city the local trams can take you to the city in around 20 minutes for approx 80p The airport is only a 4 minute train ride from the nearby train station. Definitely won't be my last stay here.

The hotel is fine, quality - price balance is respected.
Although there were few cons to be mentioned:
- the service at reception is very long (20 minutes waiting)
- the choice is only out of two dishes at dinner, when it was prepaid. Which is strange in my opinion, but in our case the dish was to our taste.
- the shower in the sauna doesn't work properly
Pros:
+ wide beds
+ tasty food and diversity at breakfast
+ location
+ new and modern hotel, which is always pleasant

Tasty food, good service but kind of far away. If you are not in the neighborhood it's not a place to travel for a dinner. I just don't get what the foosball tables doing in the middle of dining area.

Staff is friendly and willing to help. The food is amazing ! Huge complement to the chef. Also the selections of beer is great. Great restaurant in Mordor! Can truly recommend!
