Mercure Warszawa Centrum

I'm born to breakfast and this hotel featured an interesting extensive breakfast offering. Fresh Ukrainian dumplings and perogies, blood pudding, cottage cheese pancakes and fresh honey. Delicious fresh fruit yogurt and nuts. Pickles fish and lots of cheeses and meats. Such a treat! Good coffee too.

Great time in Warsaw. Everything is perfect in Mercure Centrum. Super nice and clean rooms, well prepared with all the details, amazing staff always available and friendly, and great location!!
Will for sure come again!!

Great, cosy and fantasticly located hotel at the heart of Warsaw.
Staff is very nice and you can feel the flavor of Polish hospitality right from crossing the front door.
Hotel's restaurant offers great variety of tasty meals based on the local cuisine for very affordable prices. Highly recommended for a either business or leisure stay for a weekend city break.

Great location. Good design of both common areas and the renovated rooms. The hotel smells nice. Generally a beautiful hotel. Swift and friendly check-in.

Restaurant staff needs better training imo esp the ones during breakfast. Good selection and some of the best scrambled eggs that I had.

Some issues related to form over function in the room. For example, one can bump into the headboard as the bed's design is arty but a bit impractical. Which means that when bending down to place something on the side tables or plugging in a phone, one can bump into the bed's heardboard.

Mattress a tad hard but bearable. However the pillows were terrible. They were lumpy, hard and of very poor quality.

Nice new bathrooms. Shower was great and there was an additional rain shower.

Despite small issues, I enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel based on value for money.

I arrived prior to check-in time after long hours of traveling and they had my room available. Breakfast area was spacious and lots to choose from. Easy walk to the main train station, buses and trams. But walking to main sites for me wasn't an issue. I believe each floor has a place near elevator to fill a carafe for water during the stay which was great.

It was a small conference in Warsaw and we stayed in Mercure for 5 nights. We were very happy with our choice. Perfect conference service, comfortable rooms, enormous breakfast variety, great sleep quality, convenient location - everything you need.

All is perfect. They have collective agreement and respect workers rigths. I would like to recommend you have different baskets in the rooms for sorting plastic, paper, etc. This will be very appreciated and attract your hotel for different groups.

Good experience with the hotel and hotel staff. Reception desk was very polite and pleasant.
Breakfast was simple, but good. I was expecting for 70 pln a bit more, maybe more sweet breads, but overal good.
The water fountain near the elevators is a great idea.

The Mercure Hotel is in a great location to walk and explore the whole of Warsaw city. The rooms are clean and tidy with very helpful and friendly staff. We had no issues during our 4 night stay. There's a restaurant in the hotel, and breakfast is also available when you book your visit or pay on the day.
We would definitely look to see if there's a Mercure hotel in our next city we explore on our travels

Great hotel, have stayed before. Location spot on. Rooms clean and spacious. Bathroom fine with ok shower. Staff are all very helpful. Biggest choice of breakfast ever!!! Only criticism- no bacon, disaster. I stayed for 5 nights and it never appeared once! Price very competitive.
I would recommend this hotel highly.
