A good hotel with a monotonous meal. Lunch, dinner same every day. Next to Furama hotel, twice had to live in it, by far the more interesting. And better accommodation.

Conveniently located close to shopping areas and city. Hardly can see any river. Staff is helpful and professional. Buffet has a good spread n tasty. Rooms are little congested but kept nicely. Enjoyed my stay.

We ate at the Penang buffet at the restaurant on the ground floor. Food was good, we enjoyed the satay and most of the other foods offered. The desserts were very good. Only point to improve on would be the plates. I believe over the years, they've become marked and, while immaculately clean, could initially look dirty. Due to this, we saw several people take plates and then immediately set them aside after.

Was there for a wedding lunch. Food was nice. But ballroom has pillars in the middle which blocked partial view. It would have been a 4 stars rating if not for the fact that there was no chairs at the lobby. Elderly parents had to stand while waiting for taxi.

Nice place to stay. One of the best hotel in town. Very recommended. Big room. Clean. Good water. Nice receptionist. Good restaurant. Everytime to go Singapore must be stay in this hotel. Awesome.!

Great service. Good space. Good food. Extra free phone to use. Good view. Literally no negatives. It is great and this is where I would stay if I visited Singapore again.

Convenient location. Facilities clean. Gym well kept but equipment minimal, no bar bells. Food at terrace is underwhelming, breakfast variety is very much limited. 4 stars though for the prompt service when required.
