Nice environment and the room was big! Location was convenient, one bus stop away from Outram Park MRT with many cafes and food in the vicinity. Great for friends and families alike.

The location is still acceptable—although it's a bit far from the MRT, there's a bus stop right across the street, so it really depends on your preferred mode of travel. What stood out was the complimentary minibar and snacks. It felt very considerate and added a nice local touch that gave us real Singapore vibes.

Nice big rooms with good lighting and decor. I requested for a high floor but got the 2nd floor? Lobby lift is up staircase, not convenient. Otherwise nice room.

Overall, it's a great stay at the hotel. The hotel location is convenient and it's surrounded by good food. The MRT is walking distance from the hotel and there are plenty of buses to the hotel too. The room is big and cozy, it's amenities is as stated too.

Staff very accommodating and location wise is superb. Booked their executive suite for wedding celebration and they surprised us with the decoration in the room.

Great locations for local dining, especially for breakfast at the excellent food and service at Tiong Bahru bakery, it is a must try. And local cuisine on Outram road that comes to life as the sun sets. The location is opportune to local reliable and well connected train service. No food or dining at this hotel as noted on their site so don’t be disappointed ted if you don’t have fresh coffee in the lobby. You have a coffee maker in room. However, this hotel does have a mini bar in lobby for guests to use. It has microwave, toaster and bowls for noodles as well. Fresh lemon water all the time in lobby.
Staff at front desk and extremely friendly and eager to point you where you need to go.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — conveniently situated near both Havelock and Outram Park MRT stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of good food options in the surrounding area, which was a big plus.

What stood out the most was the front desk service the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated in terms of decor and furnishings. A refresh or upgrade in the near future would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Overall, a solid stay with great service and a convenient location.
