Park View in Singapore

The Park Vew Hotel staff were amazing and friendly. When I needed to extend for one extra day, the conveniently booked me so I didn't need to change rooms. The breakfast had to be the most impressive free breakfast I've ever had unlike other big chain hotels which serve the bare minimum. My room was always tidied up for when I returned at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Park View Hotel to other future guests due to the price and location which is a 10 minute walk from two different shopping and food centers.

Hotel kindly gave us a bigger room, the location is great, staff are hospitable, breakfast is filling.

Downsides are that the room's soundproofing is extremely poor. You can see a huge gap on the front room door, piping, etc. Kept waking up multiple times at night.

Overall, quite value but need to be aware of the downsides.

The staff here are genuinely wonderful, completely different from some of the reviews I read. Seriously, both the Chinese and English-speaking staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is incredibly convenient. The room was very quiet, which is a huge plus for light sleepers. It's so close to the MRT, and there are food courts all around. I'm giving it 5 stars – the value for money is just unbeatable!

We arrived at Changi around midnight qnd found it difficult to sleep. We attempted to request an early checkin, but were told it wasnt possible, so we had to wait and started using MRT at 6:30AM to at least drop off luggage. We arrived at the hotel 7:50AM. While we appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage in the lobby with chains for security, it was raining heavily and we had our child in a stroller, making an extra difficult.

When we asked the receptionist( I believe his name was JC) if we could use the restroom to change due to being wet and exhausted, he told the housekeeping staff, who said it was not available as it was being cleaned. We waited. She reached us and said 5 more minutes. So we waited again, until 8:30AM before being able to use the restroom.

When we returned to the hotel around 8:30PM, a receptionist girl gave us instructions but publicly voiced our room number, which is not appropriate for guest privacy.

Overall, I felt that your customer service was lacking and inconsiderate of our situation. The receptionist staff did not convey a welcoming attitude, which, in my opinion, is the heart of the hotel experience. You are the first and last to reached out to. The food was great, but I believe your staff would benefit from further training in guest relations.

I hope this feedback is useful in improving your service for future guests. Thanks for upgrading our room, but always remember the bad experience will truly mark.

Park view hotel is great place for your stay singapore. It is very near to some tourist destinations. We just walk and enjoyed the day also near to Bugis MRT Station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.
The hotel is near to some known restaurants, stores and shops. I enjoyed the place a lot.

Lots of restaurants near the hotel. If you need something just walk 1min to 7/11 convenience store. The bus stop (if you wanna go to Merlion Park) is also near (just cross the street). The room is spacious and the shower is nice. They have free luggage stoarage even after you check-out and their breakfast was delicious!

It’s okay for a short stay. Far from the city but there are restaurants nearby mostly Chinese owned.

Breakfast are good but kind of oily, clean place but old buildings. Overall good experience

This hotel is located downtown and isn't considered high-end, but the price is relatively cheap. The 10 sq meter windowless standard room has pretty basic facilities, and the breakfast options are limited (I actually think it's not as good as a Hanting hotel's breakfast; you'd find many more options if you bought breakfast outside). Overall, it's decent, with no major issues, and could be considered one of the relatively budget-friendly hotel options in Singapore.

The room was excellent, very soundproof, and clean. There's a food street, bus stops, and a subway station right outside, making it super convenient for getting around the city center. I'll definitely go back next time!
