Attended a wedding lunch banquet. The food was unsatisfactory and not to standard. Only the soup is supreme. I suppose the other hospitality aspects should be fine, though.

Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We had the Marina Bay view room which oversees the whole marina landscape and it was so beautiful. We were lucky to be able to see the ndp rehearsals from our room too since it was overlooking the floating platform. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The overall experience was a super pleasant one and absolutely wonderful staycation choice.

Club lounge amazing service and very well executed on all levels. Free flowing champagne, wine beer and spirits and lovely food available too. Worth paying the extra as it saves a fortune as alcohol is expensive in Singapore.
The new pool renovations and spa refurbishment were long overdue but now match the rest of this hotel. Only niggle is wifi isn't too great at the far end of the pool deck. (First world problems)

Great location. From the Windows you can see all the beauty, including Marina Bay, show Fountains and trees! Great Breakfast, warm pool till 22.00,great fitness room and gym

Location is great, hotel is pretty good as well but they don't let you accumulate points for the stay which sucks! I get it that a lot of people on work trip go there but you still get business because they choose you. Breakfast buffet gets boring after 2 days. Need more variety for people who stay longer.

I was here for a wedding lunch. The service was very good. I was attended to with thought and extreme care. Within 5mins of any requests, the waitor would be able to attend to it. The food was great and portion size, though could be slightly bigger, was decent. Food serve was fresh and warm. Effort was also made by staff to help portion the food. This was very thoughtful of them. Post event, staff was prompt to assist us in any help that we required. The room was well furnished and very clean. There was good decoration and the room was kept in a cool air-conditioned environment.

One of the best hotel experiences around. Everything was beautiful to look at and the staff were all round helpful. Food was pricey but ambience was able to justify it. Overall a great hotel, of you have the cash!
