Overall service was accommodating and attentive (which I appreciate), except one guy at check in who was going to give me one level lower room type (ie cheaper room) than the room I booked, without apologizing or explaining. I argued I booked high tier room and he said fine I give it to you, as if he was doing favour. Other than that guy all other staff were friendly and kind, quick to respond to my requests.
The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, along with an extensive selection of beverages. If you're unsure about including breakfast at the time of booking, you can easily add it during check-in for just **$38++ per person**—well worth it for the quality and variety!
