I normally don’t take the time to write reviews for hotel stays but I felt compelled to after my wife and I’s 3-night stay at the Intercontinental. Everyone on the staff, from the reception desk attendants, the concierge, the room service, to the waiters were so friendly and accommodating.
We were upgraded to a beautiful suite when we arrived, and decided to thank the hotel by partaking in their afternoon High Tea in their beautiful “Lobby Lounge” which we reserved last minute (thanks to the fantastic concierge!). The presentation of the savory food and pastries were as good as they were delicious, and well worth the price.
The Hotel is also very well located to the touristic sites we wanted to see and visit and we were able to walk almost everywhere.
I can’t thank the staff at the hotel enough and will be sure to stay there again our next time to Singapore.

Highly recommend this hotel. We booked 2 King Junior Suites here for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. The staffs are very kind and helpful. We had a lot of stuff but from the moment we arrived, check-in and check out they have assisted us. Special thanks to Ms. Charmagne on this. Also, thank you for the congratulatory cake :)
The rooms are nice and clean. The toilet doesn’t have bidet though. But the interior and everything else is great. It was much better than the MBS hotel rooms.
Would love to stay here again.

We had an enjoyable stay during our weekend away in Singapore. This hotel upholds all the luxury amenities and services of the brand Intercontinental standard. The location is great as it’s located next to a mall as well as the MRT. Many tourist locations are within walking distance.

The good:
- Prompt, friendly and hardworking staff encountered at every occasion without exception.
- Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
- Every meal eaten in-house was excellent. Special mention to the high standard of food delivered by room-service.
- Well equipped and spacious gym.
- Very good location, with direct connection to a modern shopping centre.
The bad:
- The lobby bar was closed for a private function, this was especially disappointing after a long day of meetings and wanting to have tea and cake with my family in the luxurious surroundings of the hotel.
The ugly:
- The sauna facility is completely let go to the point it should be shut down immediately and refurbished. The sauna failed to reach a warm temperature and the control panel was broken.
- The gym is rented to out of house providers to service non-hotel guests. There is no warning or timetable provided to guests when this occurs.
- Unstocked minibar. Simply not good enough for a 5 star hotel.
Overall a satisfactory hotel, but given the negatives in future I will take my custom elsewhere.

Right in the heart of action and very walkable to lots of interesting sites. Breakfast was great and provided enough variation for a week stay. Rooms had been updated and is very comfortable. Amazing heritage lobby and feel, but limited to no views.

Luxurious hotel. The room on the 8th floor has Roman columns. The pool is also cool, and there is a sauna nearby. There is a gym with modern machines. The location is great, you can reach all the central attractions on foot. Highly recommend.

The layout of the hotel was very unique. It is not the biggest hotel around but yet has all the essentials of a luxurious hotel. The ambience is peaceful and quiet amidst the busyness of a shopping district. The location is right in the centre of the shopping mall but yet reclusive and tranquil.

One of Singapore's finest hotels offering a choice of either suites in the style of old Singapore or modernity in the high-rise structure. Located across from Raffles, and connected to Singapore's most prolific shopping centre the IC Singapore offers a level of comfort and sophistication beyond the norm. Six Continents or Club level guests enjoy a magnificent lounge featuring fresh hot and cold selections and multi-cultural options. In the evening the lounge turns into a relaxing haven where you may enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks. 24-hour room service designed to satisfy an international clientele. And unquestionably the most magnificent bath robes for lounging in your suite. Highly recommend!
