The location is good for food, walking to the MRT etc. Staff are very helpful.

The level of service here is one of the highest I’ve experienced, on and off the Hilton chain. The personnel are very attentive and professional; the room was extraordinary, as was the equipment in the room. The Executive Lounge has a very nice view and very good food and drinks, and again, service was top-notch every day. I felt more appreciated as a Diamond member than in other Hilton hotels, as they were able to accommodate an earlier check-in and an upgrade too. This was a 5-day stay. The location of the hotel is very good, with quick access to many points of interest. A special thanks to Jane and Mark, but of course the entire team made our stay extraordinary.

This is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in till date. Everything was perfect right from location, room, staff and their impeccable service. From the warm and welcoming reception upon arrival to the attentive service throughout my stay, I felt truly taken care of. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, great location and impressive facilities truly made it a standout experience. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. Thank you Conrad Centennial Singapore!

The service was excellent. From check in to breakfast to executive lounge. The staff was attentive and even a step ahead in anticipation of our needs. The room was clean and modern and spotless. It was relatively close to mrt station and a lot of food options in the mall downstairs. Would stay there again for sure.

Great rooms, polite and friendly reception, very good service in the hotel area. Enjoyed the pool. Oscar restaurant for breakfast and dinner much below expectation. Great choice of food, but without any high light, some even of lower quality. Nevertheless an overall very positive experience.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel, the location, service & staff made our stay very enjoyable.
Our diamond status was acknowledged and an upgrade was done without request. It was nice not have to ask - that's understated elegance.
The concierge lounge had a nice assortment of western breakfast along with delicious dim sum. The evening reception was again a wonderful experience. Gracious service and attentiveness. Hats off to the team upstairs, you were great.
The rooms are beautifully appointed with Nespresso machines, slippers and a bedside bath mat were nice touches. Oversized showers and a huge tub, dual sink vanity and a very comfortable king bed with a view.
All in all, a very nice experience.

(As of December 2019) Beautiful hotel. Upon entering we were greeted by a large, warm lobby. The view from this hotel was mesmerizing. There were plenty of places to walk and explore around the hotel. The building was kept very clean and the pool was well designed but could be a little larger depending on the number of people who stay at this hotel each year. The hotel rooms were beautiful and overall I was very pleased with my visit.

Pros: Hotel in excellent condition. The Breakfast is just gorgeous! The hotel location is good. You can walk to the main attractions.
Cons: the attitude of the party with the diamond status is ambiguous. Provided late check-out until 18:00, Breakfast was free. No compliments in the room was not. Improve the standard of the room, in fact, was not. Premium king "raised" to an Executive king, which meant that merely providing access to our executive lounges. But with a child up to 12 years old in the main lounge on the 31st floor are not allowed. Offer visit lounge on the 4th floor, but there is very meager offer of food, no views of the city. It turns out that no increase in the level of the room in fact was not. Extra bed offered for 80 SGD, which to put it mildly, expensive for the service that the Hilton hotels provide for free.

Superb hotel and service. They let us check in very early, which was for us extremely comfortable. Thank you again. The room was great, very quiet AC, great views, one could not ask for more. The breakfast was awesome. One could taste a really large variety of breakfast or brunch dishes from all over the world. A perfect cappuccino! A wonderful start of the day to explore more of fascinating Singapore .

This is a place where you can truly relax. The staff is nice, especially the men by the pool who bring you drinks. So cheerful and smiling when talking to you politely. Breakfast is also great, very good selection. Location great too!
The room was light, not very large, but good enough to have some coffee, look at mesmerizing view and read a newspaper away from bed.
