Fantastic hotel, right next door to Raffles Hotel and shopping centre. Very close to the metro stations. The hotel was very clean with everything you need. The had a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop with snacks available. Swimming was amazing. Very central location.

Customer service is 10/10 best location in the city you can go anywhere from there without any issue.
If you forgot to change currency they have a machine that will do it for you.
Room cleanliness and equipment is amazing (love that they have toothbrushes and paste as well)

What truly stood out during my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. From providing excellent dining recommendations to accommodating my special requests.

I was travelling for business and my stay at Carlton was wonderful. Easy check-in and check-out process. Well maintained property and rooms. Amazing service 24x7 especially in room dining and housekeeping was always available on the calls. Buffet was just average however no major complaints. A 4 star hotel with 5 star services and rooms.

Modern, clean & comfortable hotel. Checking in & out was easy and staff were helpful in breaking currency into smaller denominations. Room was a good size with all amenities, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast boasted a wide variety of choices and food was hot and flavourful. Nice cafe in the lobby to grab coffee & a treat. The location of the hotel was great - easy to walk to many different locations or connect with transport. We would return to this hotel again!

Asked for a view and we were given a 14th floor room with a fabulous view. Stayed 2 nights then left for the airport where we realized we had left our passports behind. Singapore Airlines (wonderful!!) organized with Carlton Singapore to send our passports to the airport in a taxi with a staff member. Received and flew out on time.

Quick check in, the Deposit is not taken, the Minibar was locked. The room is small, very small - Club Deluxe on the 23rd floor of the 26 possible. Good location, the center of Singapore, to everywhere 5 - 10 minutes walk. Many shopping malls around, tuckerton, bars and attractions. The rooms are small, housekeeping is slow, the quality of the cleaning is not very good, but tolerable. Breakfast - buffet, lots of dishes, tasty, fruit, fresh juices, hot dishes.
