Pros, beautiful rooms with a large bathroom and a super comfy bed and there is no noise from adjoining rooms. Staff are excellent and getting a taxi either from the doorman or via Grab was super easy. The restaurant for breakfast is detached from the main building, but it's not an issue. The breakfast is off the charts both in terms of quality and breadth of food offered. The downside is the price, at $45 per person you need to be hungry. The pool is great with excellent views, but there is no seating at the pool.
Cons, no coffee maker in the room, but there is a kettle if you want a cup of tea. Location is sub-optimal but it's not a deal breaker. The elevators are busy and the mood lighting makes locating your floor tricky. That's about it. I will return for the right price.

Service is not worth the price and prestige of the hotel. Counter staff is robotic and there's poor queue system. The whole lobby feels like a market place rather than a prestigious hotel, during check in. Slow check-in. Guests do not feel welcomed. Information given by staff performing check-in was confusing.
Rooms were not maintained in the best state, with wallpapers showing signs of peeling and stains. Soft closing of the toilet cover was not working for my room but it was for my friend's. water heater for the bath tub was not working. Lounge food for breakfast was improved as compared to my last stay. However, the seating is not inviting.
Gold member may not be the most premium tier but was not acknowledged at check-in, unlike in other hotel chains. No privilege for being a gold member of the hotel chain (except 2 boxes of chocolate, which was not even placed in the room but was just passed to us during check-in). No effort was made to acknowledge and the experience was not welcoming. In this aspect, the GHA group and Intercontinental group is way better, to make guests feel good.
Rooms to be placed on same floor was requested very early but was not arranged. Confusing information was given during check-in. Any other hotels in the area will be way better in terms of check-in experience and guest management.
The only saving grace for this hotel is that they are located near Suntec and Marina square. Wanted to rate a 1 but with the improvement in the lounge, overworked staff and location, let's give it a 3. Lounge is not conducive to do work, neither was the room. Unless you book a suite,

Visited the hotel for wedding dinner end July 2023. The queue to the car park was so long because the car park was full!! The wait was as long as 20-30 minutes. Many of my friends at the wedding dinner had to park at Raffles Place or at the National library and made a long walk to the hotel. What the use of having a good location ??

Wonderful hotel, but not a great experience for staying here while Black. I see a complete difference in the way I was treated versus others. After traveling through Southeast Asia and staying at some of the finest Marriott hotels with amazing service, I was not about to compromise, especially for our honeymoon.
It was so disrespectful I left and stayed at Ritz Carlton across. Great hotel if you look the right way.

What an experience! More than you could ever imagine. Bath was heavenly and much needed after not making our flights. We arrived at midnight and the staffs service was outstanding and they were so welcoming.
Room service at 00:30 felt like they were serving us at 12:30 due to their efficient service levels and polite smiles

I am a platinum member and got upgraded to a suite. Beautiful room with a bidet that even has a dryer! The infinity pool is amazing although a bit cold. The wonderful buffet breakfast makes you not even want to stop eating. The staff is caring and professional, I love it!

You have to like this location if you have business within walking distance.. great SPA attached and the Concierge Lounge team provides excellent service and down home hospitality... Good selection of food for breakfast and evening treats..
