Excellent hotel. Our quarantine here and the service was fantastic. The food was mediocre, but your wishes will be met for any extras. Large room with a large double bed. Plenty of space for exercise and the view is simply breathtaking. Highly recommended for stay. Absolutely worth it..

We stayed in the Fairmont King Suite and loved it! Great service! Two large swimming pools, including a children's pool! There are even free extra beds for children under 12 years old! Breakfast was good too, there are healthier choices! The location is great, lots of shopping in the mall and places to walk around City Hall!

Our stay at Fairmont Singapore was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Not only did they provide excellent service during our stay, but they also went the extra mile by holding our luggage for two weeks while we continued our travels. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly remarkable. Fairmont Singapore exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a memorable and top-notch hotel experience.

Great hotel, great service and great location. This is going to be my go to hotel whilst in Singapore. Everything within a short walking distance to the mall for local cuisine and shopping.

On registration opened only 50% of counters. Issued key card just from 3rd attempt! Instead of bottled water there is filter. Personal slow. In bar or restaurant for breakfast you have to wait for your order 10-15 minutes (and remind couple of times)

Everything was perfect but housekeeping although very sweet 🥰a bit overwhelming at times, particularly when you raise a flag and ask not to be disturbed they still knock and ring and call to check whether you indeed want no service 😅 .
Also, one night, I asked for some ice cubes to be delivered to my room but had no tip to provide with....oh my!!! I got a lesson in return but still received my ice cubes :)))

Good rooms with great size. Things the room could improve:
Lights are difficult to operate and motion sensors for the light make it so that sometimes lights turn on when you dont want them to.
The fitness center is good, but lacks enough weight equipment.
Restaurants are good.
Location is not great, but the hotel is integrated to a Mall which has very good atores and a diverse product offering as well as subway station.
Service and staff was impeccable!

Stayed in the Fairmont King suite, enjoyed the stay a lot! Great service! Two big pools including one for kids!

Staff was extremely amiable and courteous. Check-in was seamless and amenities (pool and gym) were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was exceptional especially in the COVID-19 scene, with higher quality and quantity than other hotels I have been to. Would definitely recommend for a getaway!

A wonderful business hotel, the view from the room was of the city (nothing special), a beautiful stylish room, cosmetics from a famous brand, the pool is open until 22.00, instead of disposable bottles, the room has a drinking water tap and a reusable bottle for filling water
