Fairmont Singapore

Request for higher floor on my booking remarks was not met.
Was taught that they will issue a complimentary cake for my wife birthday as well. However there was none.

Other than that, the breakfast was good. In terms of service wise, was very disappointed. Please think before you book this hotel.

But hotel room was quite rundown.
Requested to be on a higher floor but it was not fulfilled.

Hotel was clean and well-kept. Service was great, but they did not honor late check-out and we had a very late flight. The location was great, as the hotel was connected to a mall and two MRT stations. Great swimming pool, although water or water bottles should be provided. Pool was a bit crowded since it was shared with the hotel next door.

the hotel always the first choice when I am visiting Singapore for business. the location is good, service is good. Breakfast is well done for me.

Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. Being directly connected to Raffles City Shopping Centre and the MRT made exploring Singapore effortless.

Rooms & Comfort
The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the stunning city skyline view was a bonus. The in-room amenities, including a Nespresso machine and high-quality toiletries, added to the luxurious feel.

Service & Hospitality
The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every request was met with efficiency and a smile. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge was extremely helpful with recommendations and arrangements.

Dining Experience
The hotel’s dining options were fantastic! Breakfast at Prego offered a great variety of international and local cuisine, while dinner at SKAI was a delightful fine-dining experience with breathtaking views.

Facilities & Amenities
Fairmont Singapore boasts a world-class spa, well-equipped gym, and a stunning pool area—perfect for relaxation. The executive lounge was a great space to unwind, with complimentary refreshments throughout the day.

Final Verdict
Overall, Fairmont Singapore exceeded my expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and prime location makes it a top-tier choice. I highly recommend it and would love to stay again!

Good place to stay

Breakfast is just standard and can be improved with some local flavors.

Came here to surprise my partner for his birthday. Hotel asked if i wanted an upgrade but charged me for it . Paid total $602 for the suite with NO BREAKFAST. Sink was faulty as the sinkhole was trapped and bathtub looks old. NO BIDET. However, cake was sent to my room, was thankful but expected as this was a 5 star hotel provided the price i paid for one night. Nonetheless, created so many memories along with friends. But would i stay here again? no
