I booked for a Signature Salon King Suite (South tower) but hotel gave me a Signature King Suite (North tower) with unconvincing explanations that they have already set up the amenities in that room and that there are renovation noise in South tower.
I found this is not true after checking in.
Totally under-staffed at level 2 Asian Marker Cafe during breakfast hour.
Asked for a cappuccino from a staff in suit (probably the shift manager) that never came.
Was taught that they will issue a complimentary cake for my wife birthday as well. However there was none.
Other than that, the breakfast was good. In terms of service wise, was very disappointed. Please think before you book this hotel.
