Stayed here during the September holidays and had a wonderful experience! A big shoutout to Robin from VIP check-in, who welcomed me with such warmth and positive energy. The pool was spacious and they had a wading area perfect for my 3-year-old. The room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel is connected to Marina Square (many restaurants, kiddy rides and Timezone Arcade) which is great. Truly enjoyed our stay!

I indicated in my booking on Trip.com that I specifically wanted a twin room with two single beds. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that bed type is “subject to availability” and that the room type I had selected only came with a king-sized bed. In the end, I appreciate that the receptionist arranged a rolling bed as a workaround, but it felt quite awkward to have one king bed and one temporary roller bed. My advice to other travelers is to double-check in advance if twin beds are truly available, instead of assuming it will be honored.
On top of that, I had booked two rooms in advance, yet Pan Pacific only had one of them ready, and the second room was only made available to me at 5 PM. For a property that brands itself as a five-star hotel, this was very disappointing. Overall, my check-in experience was far below expectations and did not reflect the service level one would anticipate at this standard.

Had a wonderful birthday staycation at Pan Pacific. This is one of the best hotel I had stayed in so far. Really like their hospitality and their attention to detail. And I am very surprised that they actually sent me a cake for my birthday.

Love staying here. From the hotel connecting to malls by walking, all the staffs are friendly and helpfull. The breakfast super wow, so many choices and the taste were great.
