It was still quite a basic hotel, I don't mean this in a negative way. Everything you needed in a hotel room is provided.
The staff is helpful and kind! Definitely will choose this hotel again for my next SG trip
Front desk is so professional and friendly. So kind of her to upgrade us to Triple sharing room seeing us with one young children. Appreciate the kind gesture. Our 2nd time stayed here, will definitely be back again as we like the location and amenities nearby , i12, eatery , cinema, massage that is just opposite and etc. Keep you the good work ! 👍
The location is good, coffee shops & restaurants are literally located in a few blocks away.
People here were very nice and friendly. Impressed by people, not so much by the facilities and towels.
