Even worse was the air duct. It was already noisy even when the aircon was off, and when I turned the aircon on, the noise became even louder – loud enough to keep me awake. I had an important meeting to prepare for and chose not to report the issue so I could focus on my prep. Unfortunately, the sleepless night due to the constant noise left me drained.
This was not the level of comfort or cleanliness I expected from a hotel like this. I hope management takes steps to address these issues for future guests.
Got a complimentary upgrade to the Deluxe Ocean view room.
Great location as many food and beverage outlets, supermarkets at the opposite mall.

Pool is okay and enough chairs are available.
Overall a fantastic stay.
