good 4. Large enough rooms, clean bed linen and towels, but... I do not advise to look under the sink (dirty) and use the phone in the toilet(dusty). Very helpful staff. Metro construction near the entrance does not interfere absolutely. One thing. The airport Shuttle. In the bus there is no space for Luggage, it shoved the front seats and in front of them. Very inconvenient, especially when a lot of people.

Great Breakfast, great room and service, but why put 4? Because when you check into a hotel and there is a problem with the booking and we were off % for late settlement, although the hotel we arrived at 9 am

Friendly staff, attention to detail, convenient location (within walking distance and shopping centers, and convenience stores). Delicious food with a description of each dish next. The hotel has a pool with a bar, which is very convenient for rest and relaxation at any time of the day. Since I came for a business meeting for me was an important opportunity to bring your closet in order to stroke their stuff. A pleasant surprise was the presence in the room and iron and Ironing Board. In General, the hotel made a very good impression. Here want to return again and again. Thank you to everyone who provided a comfortable stay!

An excellent hotel with a cosy lounge with evening cocktails

Excellent hotel and was very happy here. Easy to find and use the free shuttle bus to/from the airport. Hotel a little bit out of downtown Singapore, but they have a free shuttle bus hourly, plus it's so easy to get a public bus across the road. Taxis are available too.
Rooms are spacious and modern. I appreciate the upgrade for being an Accor Plus Platinum Member - thank you. Interactions with staff was pleasant and the Executive Lounge was a lovely place to have breakfast and evening cocktails and the staff there were all fantastic. A great experience and would definitely go back. Highly recommended.
