I had a awesome time here . Warm reception. Great breakfast buffets every morning which had a good mix of Asian and continental food. The pool was beautiful and always clean. The location is also very close to the metro , which is definitely a plus and also very close to lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and beautiful. And the view from my room was so beautiful, especially at night ..
Would definitely recommend.

Very dirty hotel be anyone’s standards. Our room clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Little bit of food on the table from previous stay was there even after they said they cleaned the rooms. That bit of food stayed for our entire time at the hotel. When I complained they told me to wear slippers. When we arrived the bellhop was asleep so I got my suitcases into the hotel… then he suddenly awoke and tried to help me wheel them the remaining 2 metres to the desk… needless to say I told him I didn’t require help now but it would have been useful when we arrived. Overall a terrible hotel in a very good location.

The location is the only good thing about this Hotel. We are currently staying here and as soon as we came we had to request room change as the one we were accommodated in wasn't actually the type we paid for. The second room now that we moved to is so humid and the smell of mold hits you as soon as you open the door. Overall my experience so far is very disappointing, even though my wife specifically mentioned in the booking that we are on our Honeymoon and somewhat I expected at least no problems during accommodation!

Stayed at Hotel Royal @ Queens from 18/12/23-22/12/23. Very nice hotel, neat, tidy and staff were very friendly. Bed was bit hard for me but that is my issue. Have to give a mention to one particular employee who was so nice and was a joy to come across each time I seen him. Made me feel so welcome and comfortable that if I return I will come back because of his attitude and professionalism. Aaryan you were amazing and Thank you so much, this hotel has really got an asset in you and I appreciate all your help and service.

Hotel Royal located at waterloo. A location that is in between douby ghaut and bugis. Also it is walking distance to chimes. Transport to different tourist location are convenience as bus stop and mrt are walking distance away. You have bugis station and brash brasa station right at your door steps. The hotel are big and the room are comfy. With nice service crew serving you and assisting your need. Great work and keep it up! There are many amazing food around bugis area. If you are in for some shopping you wanna stay there and check it out.

Hotel is acceptable with price. Room is not so impressive, but OK. Very close to MRT station, short walk to bus station. Location is good, easy access to Marina bay, Clark quay, Boat quay, Orchard, Little India, China town... Friendly staff, willing to help. Minus point is quite poor breakfast
