Quite satisfactory hotel with enough good service..... Stay for more than two weeks. Personel very friendly.
To make guests impression more better I advise to think about periodical room windows cleaning, from outside. This is one thing which, lets say, upset me ( see photo bellow). And second, small thing, it's I believe necessary to add brush for toilet bowl to each room...

The location is very good, very close to tourist spots like China town, Suntec city, Merlion and has its own bus stop. The room is bigger than normal hotel in Singapore the only thing i would complain is the shower curtain is too short, when taking a shower it’s outside and also the floor mat.

Location is pretty good, walking distance to Bugis, Raffles Hotel, MRTs, Catholic Churches, anywhere really, I walked to Marina Bay, Orchard Rd etc. Hotel looks ok, however needs a long overdue face lift, it’s a bit worn out. If you only sleep there, the bed was comfy. Bathroom oldish and don’t expect the swimming pool to be magical like the rest of Singapore, things need repairs there. However has good dining.

Nice and comfortable hotel.
Rooms was clean and big.
But some part like corner of the door is cracked so you know it was quiet old.
Staffs services very good.
Location also great, just few minutes walk to Bugis.

Passable for a business trip if you need somewhere central and cheap. Definitely not one for a nice holiday experience. Very dated and rooms tired and in need of some care. Beds were comfortable though and place kept reasonably clean.

Very convenient location of the hotel. Within walking distance are markets, shopping centers, and a metro station. Friendly staff. The rooms are quite cozy and quite spacious. The price for the room is excellent, we are staying at this hotel for the second time and if we go to Singapore again we will definitely book this hotel.

The hotel is for sure a 4*. Suitable for short stay during a visit to Singapore. Good location in Central close to shopping and business centers, shops, restaurants, cafes, metro stations. Walking distance to many attractions of Singapore. The rooms are simple but sufficient, everything you need for travellers and for business (the Internet both wireless and wired. A lot of electric sockets, iron, Hairdryer, safety Deposit box) in them. The rooms are quiet despite the fact that the Windows facing the busy traffic street. Not very big and not very cosy lobby resepshn.
