Hostel 24

This is the worst place to stay in BKK. Please don't waste your time which is more valuable than anything else.

There are many other hostels in the area with more better accommodation.

Don't recommend Rooms are not so good I have booked a room here got the room without window.doest have attach bathroom.Not so clean .Not recommend they will not refund your money if you are not comfortable with those . Don't even book it.

I dont reccomended this place bcoz Less facilities & specially for Sri lankan/ Indian Friends its negative exp. hostel Owner is a Phillipines lady, she strict & not nice treating us.. she need one day checkout for south Asian people😆. she nice with white people say hi..hello.. but the Reception boy is warm friendly & supportive. 👍🙏

Hostel AC is good, bed/bedsheet ok, Hot water shower ok. Location is close to main road, BTS & 7 Eleven, morning Market

1.Main problem is between upper & lower Beds space tiny, cannot sit properly.
2. No face wash place only can shower.
3. Two bathrooms & Hot water working only one bathroom,
4. Twi Toilets but working only 1 for 12 guests, what a funny

I stayed in this hostel for a month and used to stay there for a long while in 2019, therefore I have lots of experiences with the owner, a nasty, stingy, selfish Filipino old woman (58 years old).

The owner always hides electricity tools like kettle away to prevent it from being used by customers to save electricity bill. When guests aren't in the 1st floor, the reception floor, where she sits 24 hours per day, she will turns all light off, making the floor completely dark to save electricity.

She also hides disposable plastic utensils like spoon, and drinking things like sugar, coffee away to prevent it from being used by customers.

She locks all fridges and kitchen with huge chains and locks to prevent guests from have access to them as she is under a constant hallucination that her guests will steal stuff from the fridge and kitchen.

If you were to stay there for above 2 weeks, she would start looking at what you eat daily to judge your personality and money in your pocket and then treat you according to what you eat.

This is a very small hostel with few guests, so she observes everything from you. Sometimes she even sleeps in the same dorm room with guests.

Staying there for 1 or 2 days is ok as she will try to be nice to you, but don't stay there for a long time, like above 2 weeks. Otherwise, she will start to observe what you eat and what you do and hide things away from you blatantly in front of your eyes.

I tried to restrain myself from teaching her lessons for her nastiness, but this is just an old woman, so I just left it.
