This gets 5 stars because it is an amazingly value for money hotel. In fact I'd say it's the best value for money hotel I've ever stayed in. This is not a 5 star hotel so you will not get what expensive 5 star hotels have to offer but you can't expect that for the price you are paying. What you do get is clean rooms serviced every day and as long as you don't get a road facing room it is nice and quiet. The staff aren't friendly but I'm certain they have to deal with so much nonsense from high expecting guests it must be demoralising. I like the staff they are efficient and helpful, so what if they don't smile, doesn't make them rude. Bottom line is look at the price and wake up to the fact you are in a central location, set your expectations according to the what you are paying. I've stayed here many times before and will stay many times again.

P.s. Apparently the price includes breakfast but I've never took up the courage to try it 🤣 peace and love guys, peace and love.

We got less than what we paid for.
Pros: fair location
Had AC
Beds were ok
Internet in the lobby was great
24/7 attendant

Cons:
The room AC works only when you are in , so every time you come back to a hot room
The lobby AC did not work and was very hot there
The internet in the room was so bad that it was useless
When leaving the hotel we got locked in the lobby while attendant insisted to check our room. And the taxi was waiting outside, but we can’t get to it as the door was locked. This was done without any explanation.

I would avoid this place in future

Horrible and scary experience. The staff and the place are very scary and so so unfriendly. Do not stay here! They need to get it together because this is just making you feel like you are doing them a favor by staying there. Horrible and scary place. I highly recommend finding another place until they understand how to treat guests

The room was clean. Facilities: no hair dryer, no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, wash basin, no hot water, no kettle. Worth mentioning is the waiter's attitude. I don't know how she trained herself to be expressionless, which gave the tenants a strong sense of oppression. When you greet her, she still had no expression on her face. What's even more weird is that you are not allowed to take the key out of the hotel if you go out. What's even more weird is that the quilt has no quilt cover, only a sheet under the quilt, which is disgusting. The transportation is very inconvenient, and it takes more than 20 minutes to walk from BTS. There is no next time to stay in such a hotel.

Good night

Inside is better than outside. Old but cozy hotel. Everything you need is in the room. Special respect - mirror on the whole bed. Breakfast is included in the price. Definitely recommend.

Near the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center...easy to find food...overall, it's good...most importantly, the price isn't too expensive.

Stay away as there are much better for less or the same price. Staff are rude and talk about you as you walk past. I saw it happen several times so I put my translator to see what they said, making fun of guests isn’t part of their job. Rooms aren’t clean, stain on sheets. A friend came back for some drinks. They let her in and then not long after banged on the door probably hoping we were doing more then just having a drink and talking. If you like rude staff that don’t smile at all and dirty rooms by all means stay here. I’d rather wait on the streets for something better then stay there again. Also I wouldn’t feed the breakfast to my mates dog let alone eat it myself.

Generally ok, points to note:
In room safe not working supposedly a safe in reception reception instead
They demand leaving room kwy each & every time you exit the building
