Such a nice and wonderful hotel. The location is not in the main road, but it such a hidden gem, very quite, clean, near with phaya Thai bts station, you can easily get the food through the back door. In front of hotel you will find a cafe and bar with beautiful architecture. Overall it's nice staying in this hotel

Hotel is nice and quiet but location is very remote and access to public transport is poor. Staff is unwelcoming and not helpful. For the first time in my life i was charged 400 bahts for 4 hours early checkin. They have this crazy chart of damage charges you have to pay incase you damage or soil anything in the room. We have never seen such unwelcoming hotel.

A decent hotel, good ambiance outside the hotel. However, extremely unhelpful and arrogant staff. Poor room service. I stayed with my friends for a night and had called prior for booking. I informed them that we will be checking in late and were told that we could check out late ( I didn’t ask, they said it themselves) cut to the next day we were being kicked out 2 hours earlier than said check out time and also deducted money from our deposit. Bad hospitality with unfriendly staff.

Poor service from the staff and far from welcoming and friendly. You feel like they’re doing you a favour by staying at the hotel. Hotel has a small garden which is quite nice. The hotel is located around 1.5 km from the nearest bts station. The walls of the hotel are thin and you can hear the neighbors.

You'll feel transported to an oasis in the heart of Bangkok at this hotel. The ambiance is truly exceptional, offering tranquility with no traffic noise despite being nestled in a residential area.
On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and surprisingly affordable compared to other Bangkok hotels. Although we encountered an issue with the air conditioner, it was promptly resolved by the staff.
However, it's worth noting that this establishment leans towards a hostel vibe, with long-term renters occupying some rooms. Another drawback is the absence of a formal dining system within the hotel premises, although there is a nearby café where you can place orders.
Regrettably, the staff's demeanor was less than welcoming; they showed little to no inclination to engage with guests.

This hotel really is an oasis hidden away. We were so pleased with it. It was absolutely perfect. We needed to stay an extra night and the staff were very accommodating.

This place is gorgeous. Google Maps needs to adjust the location once you make the left off the main road look up slow down follow the sign. The second left not the first it looks like a one way street.

This hotel is paradise! the rooms are so cozy and comfy! The outside is even more beautiful with fishes and hens! you can have a cup of coffee outside by the lounge! there is also a lounge area to chill! loved it! Visit it!

This is my second time for stay here. My first time was great. Hotel is clean, pretty beautiful and great location but room wasn’t soundproofing at all. My mom and I cannot all night because super noisy from door closing, next room talking or even they were sneezing. Also car park was not enough for hotel customers if the restaurant have event. I’m not recommenced who ever want to stay quietly.

It literally is an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. It's a little difficult to find at first, but when you do, you're really glad that you chose a place like this. It's bang in the middle of the shopping areas and markets. Not at all far from the metro and temples too.
There were several times we chilled in the front garden by the waterfall and enjoyed the peace.
The rooms are bright, colourful and spacious. Bed is huge, soft and comfortable. Showers are awesome too.
Staff are really friendly and very helpful. Seems like it's a family business and they do a wonderful job.
There are lots of options for breakfast and amazing Street and local food around. Just walk out of the hotel on the bazaar road and it's amazing.
You will really enjoy your stay here. Trust me
