It was very walkable and close to a small shopping mall with a grocery, and to vendors offering street food and fresh fruits and vegetables. It was also very close to public transport

We were fortunate to get a room upgrade to a very spacious suite with balconies that offered beautiful views of the city. All the staff were always very gracious and polite

We also paid for a tour, organized by the hotel, to the Damnoen floating market and Railway market which came with a private limousine, driver and guide

My husband and I stayed at Lebua at State Tower in March 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there which was for one week

The next day, on our way to the complementary breakfast buffet, the place was packed with people, checking out and in. The breakfast buffet was large and extensive. The staff was sweet and accommodating

When we left the hotel to go sightseeing, we realized we were on the edge of one of the canals with boat buses that went up and down the river picking up and dropping off people at very quick intervals

When entering the hallway on the 21st floor, one could see that it was an older hotel with some maintenance issues. For example, it’s time to change the carpeting in the hallways

The best thing about this hotel is that through the adjacent entrance you find yourself in a huge 6-story market that has everything, including very good quality and at very low prices

They are the definition of great service! Wonderful team, nice rooms (a little dated, but the service makes up for it honestly). The pool gets limited sunlight due to new buildings that have come up around there

I spent 2 nights at Lebua at State Tower Hotel, everything was perfect! I was allowed to check in earlier, the view from the room was breathtaking, really clean hotel, staff very attentive

I also got a spa treatment here and it was wonderful and relaxing. The hotel is very close to the Sathorn Pier which has ferries across the river. It was a really convenient location

We had an amazing experience here. We wanted to spoil ourselves at the end of a long trip and we were easily able to do that here. It felt like walking into a palace

Our river-view room was beautiful with the most comfortable plush beds. We ate at the Next 2 Cafe breakfast every morning and got room service every night and every single thing we ate was unbelievable

Pools are great, rooms are great albeit very dated. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Cons: Restaurants and bars are very expensive as well as any supporting drinks or food at the pools

Staff very friendly and courteous. A! Check-in and room upgrade went very smooth. Had a room on 25th floor with an excellent view of the river. Great location! Boat pier is close to hotel and boats leave every 30 minutes

😂 But the rooms are good, good mattress, clean rooms, safe lockers, iron box and ironing pad (some of the new hotels do not have them nowadays). Good and fast room service, food as well as cleaning

Easy to get to Icon Siam and Wat Pho. Lounge coffee was delicious and staff was smiling and provided great service. Morning breakfast was great with a large assortment of choices

This hotel has a vintage vibe with plenty of space to move around. The interior, including the elevators, might seem a bit old-school, but the service is top-notch

Laundry service was so convenient, having the laundry picked up at our door and returned the next day. Just dial 0 on the hotel room phone to order it. Breakfast buffet service ends promptly at 10:30

The standard room was spacious for 2 of us. We found it to be clean and modern. There are at least 49channels on the TV. Wheelchair lent out for free, but it must stay on property

No convenience store inside the hotel lobby, but there is a 7-11 at the end of their driveway. A hotel shuttle to take us to the closeby mall is available at 11 and 3pm

Thai dishes were not truly authentic in my option. I would say they are westernized. The room was spacious and as advertised. Our luggage was lost so it was nice to have some toothbrushes and toothpaste available

Updating my review from 4 stars to 5 stars..... Many say it's easy to get VEG INDIAN food in Bangkok but I found it hard... Luckily I met an INDIAN chef and I just loved the food he served.. Just AWESOME....

We arrived prior to check-in and were allowed to park and drop off our luggage. We stayed on the 22nd floor a club room. top 4 floors have access to the executive lounge on the 24th floor with amazing views

There are 5 mini events everyday. lots of snacks and complementary beverages. comfortable seating and friendly staff. Breakfast there was very nice and they would cook to order additional items

The shower is very big and the water pressure is great. The breakfast is very rich and varied, but the quality of the food itself is sometimes not the best. The bars and restaurants are expensive compared to the city

Clean, quiet and has a good quality. And also I want to share my thanks to Nopadol who is working at concierge. His recommendations and assistance made my stay enjoyable

I stayed at the Amari for 2 nights with my partner and 3 teenage children. The location of the hotel is very good with lots of shops and street food stalls in close proximity

The rooftop pool was ideal to cool down and relax after a busy day

The only thing to be aware of is that occasionally some traffic noise could be heard over night in the room facing the road, but I believe this would be the same wherever you stayed in central Bangkok

There’re only 4 serving the rooms so during peak hour where non staying guest visit for it’s rooftop bar/restaurant, it can take a while for the lift and you might even need to catch the next one if a crowd forms up

When we checked in, there was a slight incident where the lift stopped a step below, before it aligned again. If I’ve to be really picky, the hair dryer needs a change. Shower space is huge, bathtub good for 2 pax

While the location of the hotel is not exactly near to a BTS station, you get covered walkway along R walk all the way from the mall/ hotel to a BTS

I’m not sure when the hotel first opened but the way things are maintained, it’s the most valued for money I’ve stayed so far

Excellent location and very smooth check in thanks to Abdul at front desk. Walking distance to all the great malls, dining and shopping areas. Toey thr bell man was very helpful. Rooms nice and clean and very nice pool

I had a food poisoning issue and coudnt get out of my room as I had fever and bone pain as well and I was travelling solo, so I asked if someone of them could go to get me a medication and I would have pay them for this service , but all the people that were working ( literally 30 people ) none of them could walk to the 5 mins away pharmacy and help me out!! My fault for not bringing enough medications...

The pool is not that big and honestly always too crowded. Location was a bit out of center but with Grab app you can move around very easily!

Rooms - Beautiful and luxurious rooms with all the required amenities. Well maintained, clean and luckily for me, I had a stunning view of the river from both the windows of the room

Other than that, very great hotel for the price

This have nothing to do with the hotel maintenance but still I am sure that I will not go back in this hotel in the future only for this reason. They gave me some orange powder which helped a little at the end

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Hotel check in was fast and efficient 2. Complimentary coffee tea at the lobby. Room has a fridge, microwave and washing machine stocked with complimentary snacks (pictures)

Room is excellent and is very spacious. The daily compliementary snacks and drinks were a very nice touch. There was also an excellent game room, with wide variety of free virtual and physical games

The breakfast restaurant is large, the choice is good and always tasty. The view of the golf park from the window is beautiful. We have only positive impressions, we will definitely come back again👍❤️

The room was very spacious, clean, with a kitchenette, and it even had a washing machine in the room! The bed was massive and super comfy, and the view was spectacular overlooking the city skyline

Easy to use boat to get to other locations. Just make sure taxi driver takes you to the right hotel as there are a few Ramada plaza hotels. I was dropped off to the wrong one ( my fault) Good location

This is the second time I spent 14 days of quarantine at this hotel. The staff is excellent and have gone out of the way to meet my needs. Many of the rooms have been renovated and the view of the city is excellent

This is my 3rd quarantine visit and all at Royal Benja. I have originally chosen them for the price vs room size. 14 days are long and you want some space around you but without costing you an arm and a leg

There's a nice pool on the 7th floor with a bar/restaurant set to one side. That's an excellent place to both dine and drink, and just take in the moment

Sometimes the people at the bar give us occasional treats and drinks. Very luxurious and we had a great view. Pool was great and overall it was a great experience
