The workers are really nice and helpful and the location is really good, close to the sky train so you could get anywhere quickly but there is a small night market and a mall nearby which are nice. and of course a 7/11 right outside the hotel.

My most loved hotel at Bangkok.Oefervt Location, friendly stuff, clean rooms, good size. Good small Coffee Shop in font, a seven eleven even too and a lots ofI good Thai restaurants . I don't need anything more.

The first room I was given was infested with ants and other bugs—so was the second room I was given. I checked out early after only 1 night because it’s clear ALL the rooms are infested with ants/bugs. To make things worse, the wifi is the worst I’ve experienced of any hotel in Thailand. I was offered no refund, only a different room. All the rooms are likely infested so this was not a solution.
The pros: big, spacious room with a balcony and its not far from a BTS station.
Only book here if you are on a serious budget and don’t mind sleeping with bugs crawling on your bed. I’ve attached pictures of dead ants I killed with bug spray. All of the dots you see are dead ants.

Good value for money really considering the location, is 5 mins walk from the busy Sukhumvit Rd & On Nut bts. My brief stay was ok , it’s a clean hotel , seating outside. Has a restaurant & laundry service but did not use. Massage shop at ground floor entrance. They also have a free tuk tuk 🛺 to the bts but again , did not use it .
Many other massage shops & numerous great food choices nearby. The Lotus mall is next to the station too ,
my room was quiet ( I requested one not at the front ) large sofa , chair , big wardrobe space. Small balcony with sink outside , the bathroom although was small , was adequate. Very hot shower 🚿was great
Had a kettle , fridge & microwave in room. Bed was comfy as it had a topper. Otherwise I suspect it to be a quite firm mattress. Cleaning staff helpful & friendly. Overall a nice place to stay .

Its cheap, so expect that going in. I paid 10000 JPY for 3 nights thru agoda. The bedsheets smelled bad, the towels smell good...
The room overall had a bad smell throughout my stay. But ac worked good, the staff were nice, and near to station.
But if u have kids, do not stay here. The walk from hotel to the main road is not safe and would not recommend children walk along it.
Laundry cost 10thb per item, i didnt use it so cant comment on quality.

Location is the best walk to skytrain about 250m.
Shuttle tuk tuk 🛺 is provided if you don’t wanna walk
First floor are salon, laundry, restaurant
Opposite the building is 7-11
The building is clean
Staff at the office are helpful

Very nice place all in all. Convenient and quiet enough. My room did smell a bit and the wifi was not always working

I was only at the restaurant having dinner. The food and service are wonderful. Must visit .
