We booked the airport pickup service through the hotel, and it was the best decision. They met us at the airport, took our luggage to the car, and in the car we had towels for cleaning our faces and hands, water, soda, and snacks waiting for us.
At the hotel, we were greeted with tea, and while seated in the lobby, we were checked in and welcomed with hibiscus tea. Our room was on the 58th floor, super spacious, clean and with a spectacular view
We rested and what a pleasant surprise in the morning, the breakfast buffet included with the room, we had an incredible variety, from hams and cheeses, to sushi.
We enjoyed the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurants and also the Pinky Wine Bar.
Would I go back? I'm counting down the days until I can go with my husband. 🤗
I must highlight the quality of service and the friendliness of all the hotel staff.
We were celebrating anniversary had also arranged cake for us, which is very cute from the Hotel side. The room was really big and luxurious. I recommend everybody to stay there and experience Bangkok in a very different manner
The staff were exceptional - absolutely superb from start to finish.
The breakfast was good - broad selection and always tasted fresh. The restaurant was super clean with a nice view.
The suite was very dated, and is in need of an update. It's not worth the hype in my opinion, and I wouldn't stay again unless it had a big refresh. Also - the Sky Bar is very very over -hyped.
Extra extra large rooms! 😍 comfortable large beds, spacious pool on the mezzanine floor and extensive breakfast buffet is a must.
Will always look to stay here when returning to Bangkok
