The Printing House Poshtel

Highly recommend this place. The free breakfast was delicious, this place offers high end hospitality at an affordable rate. The staff are lovely, and Bawan did an incredible job welcoming us, and providing us with a thoughtful introduction to the hostel and Bangkok. We were able to leave our bags either side of our stay, and they offered to use their showers before our night bus, even after we checked out. It felt like guests are their priority here.

The beds and bathrooms were clean, tidy and quiet. Perfect for families, couple, young or old or solo travellers looking for a chill stay. If you’re a traveller looking to meet people, this isn’t your gig. But it was perfect for us.

Very nice hostel, it’s quiet and clean. Even the shared bathrooms. Showers have great water pressure – a plus for me. The staff are nice and friendly too, especially Bawan (apologies if I got it wrong). Breakfast was delicious.

Location is also nice, a walking distance to Khao San Road (so away from the evening noise) and temples, etc.

Great value overall. We will come back to stay at this place when we return to Bangkok!

Would visit again even if the location was shit (it isn't) and every room was dirty and smelly (they are not). That's how great the staff is. During my stay I meet a lovely divers combo of staff members from Thailand, Lao, The Philippines. Professional, polite, helpful, fluently in English and with good humor. Love it and recommend it!

The place is kept spotless and you'll have no problem getting in and out 24/7 with a swipe of a card when the reception isn't open and running at full speed. Prices include a solid good breakfast. A rare sight in this price segment. Flexible service - I had zero problem getting my breakfast served at 3 AM in the morning (or "at night" to be honest) as I had a horrible very early appointment.

Pretty posh, at ease and nice reception / café area. Free and hot beverages: cold water, tea and coffee. Fancy a cake you'll have to add a bit of cash yourself.

Only negative needle in the positive haystack would be, that I wasn't able to prolong my stay because of a "full house" - and that's is in fact not a negative to be honest, right? 555

Super location, nice big and clean room with comfy big bed (we stayed in private with en-suite). Breakfast included , with good selection , so made it very good value.
Only thing to note was to close bathroom door always , as the smells from the street come into the room and it wasn’t pleasant.
Aircon and shower worked great. We didn’t use the rooftop so can’t comment.
Staff lovely and helpful.

Potentially the nicest hostel I have stayed at in 4 months of traveling. The beds are comfy and spacious with a good place to store bags and little lockers for valuables.
It felt like so much thought had gone into what would actually be convenient and needed for the people who stay here and its really paid off. The people who worked here were also very professional and acomidating. If I'm staying in Bangkok again this is a easy first choice.

The location is super central to a lot of markets, a couple of ferry ports, and people are genuinely really kind. The Female Dorm (6 bed) was really comfortable, and I loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings, watching the storms roll in or the sunsetting. The staff are an amazing team and very hardworking. Will definitely recommend and possibly stay again if and when I return.

Best experience staying at The Printing House. Highly recommend if you don't like hostels because this one breaks the mold. It is quiet very clean with a friendly staff. Will definitely return when visiting Bangkok.

Overall a great place to stay and highly recomended. The staff are very professional (more like a hotel), quite if that's what you like, clean, breakfast included, rooms have a fridge, each bed has a TV and mini locker in additon to the main locker, and close to the some of the tourist sites. Some rooms have a large terrace, though won't get used much due to the heat. Minor cons, some of the bathrooms need a bit of a refurb or deep clean and the seating area outside has a sad view of the open waste water system (not their fault, but would suggest creating a barrier to block the view). Regardless great value for money and a definte stay.

The staffs offer great and warm service. I stayed for both mixed dorm and female dorm. The room is in a good layout with comfortable bed. The location is nice too, near the tourist places by walking or tuktuk (Muvmi). The breakfast is wonderful.

Suggestion: some equipment in the public bathroom on the 4th floor is almost broken and left some stain but it is still clean anyway.
