I have stayed here twice and am currently here while I look for a 12 month rental in Bangkok. Many short term rentals are expensive but this one is very reasonable especially considering it is right next to the BTS. The staff including Tor and Ae are super friendly and helpful. The maid keeps the room very clean. The AC is also powerful which is very important for me 😂. I’m on a higher floor and found it to be nice and quiet - I have never been disturbed by any noise. I would definitely recommend this place for a monthly stay.

Stayed for a few days as a couple to attend a conference at the nearby Shangri-la hotel. Price seemed right and everything was clean and worked. Definitely a budget place but great neighbourhood for food and easy access to metro and the Shangri-la. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Sathorn/Silom area. Big rooms, very friendly staff, clean and comfy. Convenient for all the transportation and close to everything. Staying here for 5th time already or so and definitely will come back again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location !
The Peir and the BTS station are nearby and lot of good restaurant are nearby .
Yet this accomodation you feel calm ambience because of its location !

it next to the satorn terrace apartment. if in agoda they call it "Sathorn Terrace Apartment" the Escape just next to them. n connected.

Big room for a family of 4, clean and comfy. But the traffic noise can be an issue.

This is the second time this year that we stayed at this apartment.In january
we we booked for 27 nights and in june we enjoyed another 17 pleasent
nights.In my review at Expedia on february 26th I mentioned the free secured
Internet, that I have never get in 4 or 5 stars hotels.They are now busy with room by room renovation .In most rooms there is an individual router.The staff are very kind and helpfull.Mij last positive experience is that AEY made an appointment for me at the dentist. Tor and Aey are very nice people,
.Dont hesitate asking them to help you if there is a problem.Both speak good english language. My next booking is 16 nights in November 2019.
Sathorn Terrace is the place to stay in Bangkok.

They upgraded my room to room with windows.
Fast internet.
Have public space for discussion. Table and chairs..
