SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sukhumvit 2

Had no warm or hot water the entire stay. It was very unpleasant to have a cold shower day and night. When alerted front desk they sent someone to fix it, who tried and could not fix it so we were just left like that. I should have asked to switch rooms but was checking out anyways. The rooms and hotel did not appear like the photos. The pool was not as nice as it seemed, and the prices where expensive for what was offered. No beds were available to sit at the pool as well. They had a cart that brought people to the main road but no one ever told us about it, I asked the driver himself what he was doing. The rooms don't shut enough noise, so could hear vacuuming, talking, and elevator ringing. The hotel seems to be more in an alley surrounded by other hotels only, so it is a bit of a walk to reach anywhere like a 7-11. I found the front desk unfriendly and unhelpful. It was surprising to have all this from a chain hotel which usually prides itself in consistency.
