Nice hotel in a cool zone. Its away from the center but the area is sorrounded by shoppings and really nice hotels anda bars

This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was noticeably worse than last year. The property clearly needs renovation my room had a cracked sink, peeling wallpaper, and an overall worn-down feel.

Check-in was also frustratingly slow. Even though I arrived after 3 PM, my room still wasn’t ready, and I had to wait about 15 minutes while it was “being cleaned.” In total, it took 25 minutes from arrival to actually get into my room.

On top of that, I found it unprofessional for the receptionist to suggest I book directly with Best Western next time. I understand why hotels prefer direct bookings, but there’s a reason I chose Trip.com as it was significantly cheaper.

Overall, this stay was disappointing. I won’t be staying here again unless major improvements are made.

Love this hotel. Staff are amazing great breakfast & close to BTS stations on Sukhumvit road. Stay here every trip to Bangkok. Highly recommended 😁

5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ big rooms, big windows, I recommend to ask for a room on the higher floors beforehand to enjoy the view over Bangkok. Don’t miss to check out the pool on the rooftop, best early in the morning to see the sunrise over the city.

Had a really nice stay and big room! The pool and sky bar on the roof top are amazing. The hotel is down a small alley but they offer a golf buggy shuttle to pick you up and drop you off at the main road if needed!

If you're looking for a calm stay you can choose this hotel. Only issue is the distance from the main road however they have a cart service from hotel to pholenchit center. If you're lucky enough you’ll have it.

We stayed for a week at this nice hotel in Bangkok. At the time of our arrival there were a few problems with the bathroom, but the amazing staff took care of it well. They were very friendly and made us feel welcome at all times. We really enjoyed the atmosphere at the pool and rooftop bar. The hotel is located very close to the Nana neighbourhood, which can get pretty rowdy at night, but was overall okay. The location is near the city centre and there is a good connection with public transport, which is a big plus. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the SureStay Plus hotel.

Good location in Nana area, close to BTS station and the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit. Rooms were clean and modern, including all amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Small and quiet hotel in soi 2 and a little far from the BTS station 10 minutes walk but the hotel provides a cart transport to the main road.
Rooms and breakfast is good.
