The service is excellent. You can tell the front desk a day before your day trip, they will prepare a breakfast box even at early 6am!! What a surprise and sweet service!!❤️❤️ 24hrs free water and welcome drinks, its super important in this hot weather!!
The decoration is very traditional Thai style with high privacy, we love there!!

Cute little boutique hotel not too far from the old town, super close to restaurants shops and cafes. Amazing old lanna architecture in the property and the rooms! Good coffee and friendly staff!

If you're looking for a small hotel with a personal touch and great hospitality, and you want to experience the kindness of Thai people, this is the place for you.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the night market.

Just a heads-up, it can get a bit noisy because it's right by the main road.

The hotel offers free drinks 24/7, but since it's on a small site, there isn't a great space for guests to relax and enjoy the day.

The swimming pool is also on the small side. It seems like it's there more for decoration than anything else.

Just a heads-up: The air conditioning system in the room is pretty old and makes a loud buzzing noise when it's on. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it, other than use earplugs to sleep.

On the bright side, I'd like to give a big shout-out to the staff for doing an amazing job.

We stayed for 4 days in this adorable hotel.
You can find everywhere some cute little details and it looks like it is from an ancient time. Even though you're in the middle of the city, you have the feeling to be in a complete different relaxing and calm place while sitting at the pool. Also the area around is quite calm and there is a nice temple 250m away.
Some Reviews said, that the pool area has not enough sun. We do not agree with that, since during the day we had a lot of sun while relaxing at the pool. (12am until 4 pm)
The Service is also excellent, very attentional, friendly and explains you a little about the Lanna history.
So far the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. We can highly recommend this hotel.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and huge with a traditional decoration. The outdoors and pool areas are lovely, calm and peaceful. Breakfast is good, with freshly cooked eggs and sticky mango rice (could have more western options). It's definitely worth staying here, would come back, no doubt.

Nice place, nice staff and nice vibe.
Rooms are tidy and comfortable. All towels and beds are clean and smell good. There are 5 different types of breakfast for guests to choose. They also offer mango sticky rice for guests too. Everything is good. But as the hotel is next to a road and it is a bit noisy in the busy morning. Highly recommended with reasonable price and excellent service!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was delightful. Additionally, the location added a perfect touch to my overall experience. Highly recommend!

The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful and it’s just outside the old city in a quiet spot but easily walkable.

I just want to say that our stay at this hotel was amazing and beyond. People working there are so kind and so cheerful and full of commitment. In my opinion they work very hard to make your stay as best as possible. One thing that could be improved is mattress, it is too bit hard.
