The Dome is a consistent 4*…staff are dependable and hotel is always clean! I’ve stayed there many times and can’t say I really had any issues or problems! One of the best of the 3-4* hotels around and close walk to good food, shopping, 3 large gymnasiums. a world class Olympic size swimming pool and also the Neiman area! Well priced!

Great place to stay for single travellers on a budget. I recommend this place for short term, like 1-2 nights. They also have a great breakfast restaurant in the lobby.

My friend stays here long term and he loves it here. The room is clean and the location is great. The cafe is nice and the staffs are the best. :)

I've lived here from weeks to months over the last six years. IMO, not a finer or friendlier place to live in Chiang Mai. The entire building is kept spotlessly clean, staff are friendly, helpful, and very kind and personable. And the mattresses are the best in town. Oh, and did I also say, it's very reasonably priced: 6000 THB for stays of 3 months or more.

This is a quiet and comfortable residence with a fair price (23USD/Rm) for relaxing trip in Chiangmai. I especially like the comfortable king sized bed.

Thank you Kannas for a wonderful stay. We stayed here for a couple months. The units are well designed and spacious. Make sure you ask for the Mountain View and have your own transportation as it’s not so walkable. The staff here are so lovely and helpful. We can’t thank everyone at The Kannas enough for making our Chiang Mai experience so enjoyable.

Big rooms. Spacious. Clean. Everyone friendly. If you have your own transportation I'd give it a 5 but for me I had long walks or grab. WiFi is good.

Been living here for over a year now since I moved to Chiang Mai. The service is exceptional, the staff and management are very friendly and always try to be accommodating. A nice condo right on the superhighway. Very convenient to tshopping and malls. A big plus is a nice small restaurant on the property which serves a Duck noidle dish which is fantastic. Very clean and quiet. excellent value. I think it has been newly remodeled. Staff very helpful. Most of the staff spoke good English. Just a touch far from old Town. 200 baht ride by tuk tuk. Cheaper by Uber.

Have been staying here for more than two years and it's a really great place! Run in a highly professional manner with lots of traditional Thai warmth. Spacious and well fitted rooms - many with mountain view - and located on a quiet residential soi (street) - so very peaceful. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by as well as a large Thai market just across the road.

Great place to stay when in Chiangmai to visit friends and family. The room is clean and big enough size for two people. There's a television, a fridge, an electric stoves and a microwave for your convenience. No breakfast provided if you are staying long term, in our case, a month. Clean and spacious. In a really quiet street. A little aside from the action so better to have a bike or a car . The hotel have an underground parking.

Very close (2 mins walk) to Central Plaza, a big shopping mall. Close to the airport (2 mins by car). Very convenient location. Food is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean with a washing machine, and a kitchen. Recommended.

The room was big and very clean, the staff was lovely, always smiling and willing to accomodate our requests. The location, although not in city center (10 minute drive), was very close to the airport and the main shopping mall. It was perfect for our 2 night stay and to sleep away from city noise.

I really cannot find a fault with this hotel. The staff was the most hospitable, rooms spacious and well cleaned, the pool and sitting area superb, all for a very reasonable price. It's not in the inner city area but in Chiangmai that's not a problem since the grabs come so cheap. If you're with family or enjoy the quiet this is the place to go.

beautiful and also very convenient for those who need to stay near the airport of chiang mai, and among other things, offers the possibility of shopping at the large shopping center that is right next to this hotel, for those who need to stay close to airport and only for one night is fine, otherwise for more than one night the price is very high

We stayed in a very spacious 2 bedroom Apartment. All very good except for having to climb the stairs.

Amazing place, great staff. The condo is really big and spotless. In low saison, for 1500baths it is a bargain, in high saison 2700 baths is to pricey.

These are spacious, immaculately clean apartments located within easy walking distance to the old city and the night market. They have good internet, good air conditioning, endless hot water, and functional, equipped kitchens. The ladies who staff the place are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating, and also speak good English. This place offers great value for money.

This place is a little different from a normal hotel and different from a hotel style serviced apartment. If you stay here you will get a seriously large full sized apartment!!! The location is fantastic and you can easily walk to the Sunday market and Night Bazaar. On the minus side and it is a very small minus is that the decor could do with a little update. our room is clean and tidy, spacious , just the wall is not thick enough to block the noise from outside. no elevator. good location, some restaurants nearby. family mart and night market is about 8-10 mins walking distance.

Nice hotel near the west side of old City Chiang Mai. 3 min to main road where you grab the best turist transport ever - the red car and your in the heart of the city in notime meeting interesting people. This is the second time we're staying at this hotel and are loving it again. The city is also the best in Thailand!
