Excellent hotel, not very close to the old town, 20 minutes walk. It's a pity there are no shops nearby. But the hotel is good, clean, cleaning every day and excellent. We liked that it is located on a very quiet street. Breakfast is not a buffet, only five types of dishes, but you will not be hungry. The pool is cool, but in the heat it is just right to refresh yourself, the staff is very friendly...

The hotel has an elevator and a swimming pool. It is a 10-minute walk from Warorot Market. The hotel breakfast is a set and the taste is OK.

It is located in a quiet alley lined with luxurious restaurants and cafes, avoiding the busy streets of Chiang Mai. If you walk slowly in the evening, you can quickly reach the night market, and the riverside is close, so it was great for a walk at night. The rooms are quite spacious and there is also a small but terrace. I especially liked the shower facility. Breakfast is a choice of 4 options ...

This hotel converted from apartment. You can book studio to two bedrooms styles. The room is huge and facilities in the room likes microwaves, fridge and table and sofa are more than adequate. 7/11 is two minutes walking distance. Jing Jai Market is 500 meters’ away that a lot of food stalls to try out.

Good value for money and friendly staff. The building is old. In particular, the bathroom and sofa seem to need remodeling. The room is spacious, and the slippers in the room are not disposable but are provided after washing.... It was a bit uncomfortable. The bedding and towels were worn on the first day, so it was difficult, but when I asked the counter the next day, they replaced them with new ones...

Although the location is not in the ancient city, it is cheap and convenient for three people to take a taxi. Contact us in advance and there will be free pick-up service. It's very close to the Zhenxin Market on weekends, just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is simple but enough. At this price, the CP value is very high.

The room is comfortable. The staff are very caring. Checked in and reported about the air conditioner not being cool. The staff quickly solved the problem by moving rooms immediately. Very impressed. Next time, will come back to use the service again.

Very beautiful. And quiet neighborhood. They ran out of rooms when I enquired. It looks a little expensive from outside. The manager lady is super super kind. She came out and spent good 10 mins guiding us to find a good house.

Great location and swimming pool but the hotel has a lot of room for improvement... 1. The bedroom SMELLS of humidity badly. 2. The bathroom is a disaster, the shelf on the mirror was almost falling so you couldn't really put your toiletries there or anywhere, the walls are humid there is mold, even water came out of the light one day... Second time I've stayed here. Staff and Madam Aod remembered me from last year, that was a nice feeling. Comfortable room, same one as last year (I requested it), sheets are clean, bed comfy, room cleaned and fresh towels daily. Cable TV. Free WiFi. Pool. Tour desk. Good breakfast choices. Good location but a bit pricey

Does the job, comfortable bed, reasonable shower, about 20mims walk from the old town. Very close to countless shops and amenities similar to most of Thailand! Breakfast very basic - just toast and coffee/tea. Staff seem friendly enough but weren't able to offer advice when it came to getting laundry done somewhere.

Big hotel with all facilities, lots of parking and near to Maya mall. Nice pool area good for kids.

I love how it was budget friendly and how it was clean at the same time. My only concern was the blanket that smelled like it was dried under the rain.

There are 2 wings. If you choose the cheapest room, usd 15+ (400+ Baht) you would get the old wing with no elevator no breakfast (can buy at additional cost) and have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the room. However, if you choose the rooms usd 25+ (800+ Baht), you would get the new wing, with the elevator, breakfast, etc. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, shower water is strong.

Actually I wasn't aware that they have two types of rooms one standard and with lift and the other one normal without lift, so I have got the normal room and when I arrived there they said no lift so everyday I have to claim the stairs.

I stayed for two nights at Chiang Mai Hill. The rooms were acceptable for the price. However, the water temperature during the daytime was excessively hot, likely due to the external heat, which made it little uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was average.

Fantastic place to stay....! Within a very pleasant local community, walking distance to many varieties of food and convenience stores. One of the better maintained properties in Chiangmai. Room is clean and walkways are well kept. Staff is helpful and communicates well. Surrounded by ammenties like 7-11, food joints and even a mega gym 5-min walk away. Anyone looking for accommodation, short term or otherwise, should definitely check it out.

I have been living here for about two months. I found this place via YouTube. It's clean, safe, and conveniently located. You get a lot of value for your money. I only wish it were a bit quieter, but noise cancellation has been an issue in every hotel I've stayed in so far. It's not loud like NYC, but I could use a little more peace and quiet. Overall, I absolutely recommend it!

The staff is very helpful and speaks good English. Room is clean and quiet. Reasonable pricing. Generally, residents here are a peaceful and considerate lot. Lot of food and cafe options within a 2km radius. 7-11 is also a 10min stroll away.

I had a deluxe apartment in which i lived for 3 months and it was very nice. Everything was on point. The building was cool, electors, open air space, friendly staff downstairs at reception, a convenience store that is 24/7 .. the only need was when we had a burst pipe which flooded the apartment, as you can see in the picture above bit apart from that it's been an excellent 3 months. Great place to live, several of my friends live in the building and all enjoy it. There is a restaurant and vegtable stall in the buildimg and the food is delicious. Ive only heard good things about this residence.

The mini mart is convenient and the food and drinks at the café are great. The people are friendly.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and would happily do so again. Rooms are a great size, with small balcony and big window that lets in a lot of light. Loads of wardrobe space, a big, comfy sofa, table and chairs and powerful AC. Kitchen has everything you need: microwave, kettle, rice cooker, hotplates and fridge/freezer. Downstairs there is a laundry service, starting at just 30฿. The bathroom is comfortable...

Business unit in University, good location at famous street in Chaing Mai

The conference hall facilities are very good. However, the chairs are of poor quality and are not suitable for sitting for a day long event. For coffee lovers visiting this place, avoid the in house coffee and explore the coffee place outside the building.

This "hostel" cater to mostly students local and international. Usually free rooms are available only in july during end of school terms. The price is high but the location is suitable for students. Also a good place for people who want to visit the garden every morning, a short walk to the main NIMMAN street for food and shopping. quiet except if you stay near other noisy students. Would recommend...

Location is not too bad even though it is not perfect

This is an excellent resort away from the city but not too far from the action. You can go to the waterpark, elephant parks, and Bamboo rafting without sweating too much. The staff is helpful and hospitable. An excellent place to chill and relax. They made our stay comfortable and made special arrangements for a birthday in the family.

The price-quality ratio is ok. But if we had known in advance, we would have gone to a more expensive hotel. Firstly, a rather strange system of access to the rooms. They give one key for two. And if someone stays in the room, you can not get to the stairs or the elevator, because there is no button that unlocks the locks. The rate was with breakfast - one breakfast (American) is full, for some reason...
