Good hotel! Just a few things:
Sadly the water in the shower was cold for three days, which I think is something that should just work and as I have seen it in some other reviews aswell I think this is something the hotel needs to look at.
The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need (fridge, table etc).
Staff is reallyyy nice and also provide laundry services etc.

A Perfect stay in Chaing Mai if you are looking for a comfortable room with a reasonable price. Nice location & great staffs.

Stayed here for 3 nights on the first floor. Quiet area but close to many spots. Love that they have a sign for room service or don't disturb—they’ll leave drinks and towels at the door. Super helpful staff, CCTV for security, and they let me store my luggage before check-in and after checkout for free. Only downside: no warm water, which isn’t ideal in the chilly weather. But overall, a great stay!

Pros: Very nice hotel and staff. You can get the room cleaned once a day if you want to. And if you choose not too they hang toilet port and water bottle at your door. Very comfy bed. Fridge and kettle with cups and glasses available in the room.
Cons: walls and floor are very thin and we could hear every alarm ringing around us.
The balcony was not accessible as it is only a window leading to it. The shower pressure was catastrophic and would be not enough for a second and then so strong it’d flood the bathroom and spit at your face.

Loved it here! Aside from the loud noise carrying from the hallway and people moving furniture around in the rooms, it was great.
Very close to everything and the staff are really nice. I would highly recommend it!
They also have a water station where you can refill your refillable water bottles for free.

Can't ask for me. Had a good deal on stayed for 2 weeks. Perfect location. Comfort. Great sleeps. Really helpful staff and owner

Solid hotel. Good rooms with great ac, water tea and coffee. Good bed and fresh and clean. Breakfast was included but not too awesome. I would recommend the hotel

Good location, walking distance from Sunday Walking Street. Excellent restaurant next door makes it very convenient. Clean and new. We ran out of tissue paper and bath soap, they did not replenish the amenities during daily cleanup. No Elevator!

This is a great option for cheap accommodation in Old Town. The rooms was clean and bright and the bathroom was spotless. The TV had many options including English language movies and TV shows. Breakfast was nice, I enjoyed the sticky rice with meat, though the boiled hot dogs weren't really my favourite. The staff was helpful and kind. Overall no complaints! A great place to stay.

For this price you really can't beat it. Minutes away from everything, everyone working there is very nice, especially the guy behind the desk, super nice, we arrived late due to our flight, gentleman beast able to squeeze us in to go to elephant sanctuary, told us all good spots and where money exchange was. Next time me and my lady will be back in Chiang Mai we will definitely bay there!
