We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The free daily afternoon tea was delicious, and the free neck/shoulder massages were amazing too. This was perfect for the few days break that we needed. Thank you!

-10 min free shoulder massage daily
Con:
-Terrible water leaking in shower room
-Balcony has no view, facing wall
-Bad attitude from the breakfast guy who take care of fry egg section (oldest guy) when we ask for eggs he gets annoyed by our request and somehow he even forgot our order when he off shift.
-not worth the 4 star title and not worth the money.
-doesn’t suitable for older people because they need to walk up the stairs.

Selected this lovely hotel based on my feelings from their advertised images and descriptions - and the experience did not disappoint. My room was spacious and nicely appointed. The in-room coffee machine was a nice touch. All amenities were good and nicely provided.
What I especially like about this hotel is their complimentary mini massage offered at the lobby - such a nice touch. To note further, the staff here were incredibly accommodating. The team went out of the way to prepare us each a box of fruits and sandwiches when we had an appointment for a trip very early in the morning. This is a true kudos!
Location is as nice as it can be, peacefully nestled within the old town - close walk to the infamous Wat Phra Singh (which the hotel is named after). A glimpse of Wat Phra Singh (the tip of the gold stupa) can be seen from the hotel balcony, which just looked historical yet elegant. Local eats, famous establishments and other big destination temples are also within short distances.

Not a 4 star hotel service.
Staffs are kind and smiling, but smiling doesn’t necessarily mean professionalism and efficiency. Seems like they don’t have proper checking system for pool bar ordering (c’mon, u can just ask guests to show the room keys or ask their name to see if that matches to the ones on their list) as they seemed to just randomly put the bill under any guest who look similar or whatever.
If you don’t want to get insulted by staffs treating you as a liar or a cheater, avoid this one.

Quiet little village in a small alley, the center of the old town. The village has very beautiful Lanna architecture, lots of corners to relax and take photos. Room is clean and spacious. The swimming pool is small enough for the children to play. The hotel lobby has a very fragrant and special scent. In the afternoon there is free afternoon tea and massage which is great. The village has free bicycles and my family used it to explore all the attractions in the old town. Very great and worth it.

Superb in every respect
I almost never post reviews, but this hotel is an exception. The service was flawless the rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished with small thoughtful touches that exude excellent hospitality. The courtyard is a pleasant place to enjoy their generous breakfast. I can't say enough good things about this gem.

In the everage the hotel is good. It is well located, service is very helpful, rooms are spacious. I like the style of the hotel.
But there are some cons: breakfast is very poor 3/5. Every morning at 6 AM staff started do some maintenance and you here everything. The hotel is quite old so there is no soundproof at all. You hear everything around.

A smaller boutique type hotel with a very courteous and efficient staff. Excellent bar service and restaurant close to temples and other attractions.

The accomadation was great and very clean. I can't say a lot about the restaurant as the service was poor and considering we only ordered basic meals from the menu it took around 45 min for one meal to arrive and another 20 min for my wife's meal. Recommend the rooms not the restaurant.

I choose to stay here 4 times in the past 3 months.
Very good and quiet location for resting.
Service is good. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Recommend the hotel to sell pillows in there sourvenior shop.
One small disturbing thing for me is the scent of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The scent are too floral sweet. It might be better if it is middle tone scent.
