I only stayed there for one night but it was really nice. The room was very nice and clean, with a nice shower and comfy bed. You get free water and juice and the breakfast was also good. The staff was very nice and helpful and gave me good recommendations on where to eat and what to do. I’d definitely would like to come back

We stayed for three consecutive days. The hotel boasted about free drinks and snacks, but perhaps our expectations were too high, so we were a bit disappointed. The free drink cooler only had water! And on our first morning, breakfast at 8:00 a.m. was shocking! 😱 There wasn't even a table! The pool was also busy after 4:00 p.m., with foreign tourists just sunbathing by the pool. 🌞 Swimming was practically impossible. We had some unpleasant experiences checking out on our last day, but thankfully, the Ctrip butler service resolved everything perfectly.

The service was excellent. 👍 The two beautiful receptionists who checked us in on our first day were very patient and explained everything clearly. The stay was very comfortable, with good bedding and cleanliness. The pool was beautiful and perfect for swimming. The breakfast was plentiful, and coffee and snacks were available all day. There were many foreigners there! Overall, the service was excellent. 😌 I'm very satisfied with this hotel!

The online reviews are ridiculous. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley, and walking there for two women is quite scary unless you take a taxi:
1. Checking in at 2:00 am, we were told we'd have to wait another 15 minutes.
2. No offer of help with luggage.
3. Cleanliness is terrible. Lots of dust, the shower water fluctuates, and there's noise.
Pros: Good value. Breakfast by the pool is very chill. Mangosteen fruit is occasionally available in the afternoon, but not everyone gets to enjoy it. There are two adorable kittens in the hotel.

The environment is nice and beautiful. However, there are mosquitoes every time I return to the room. The shower head sometimes has strong and sometimes weak water, but it doesn't affect the use.

Quite good value for a solo traveller like me. They have coffee machine, water and some snacks complimentary at the lobby 24/7.

Our best experience in Chiang Mai. If you're looking for accommodation in Chiang Mai, don't hesitate to stay at this hotel. It has everything: clean rooms, comfortable beds, unbeatable staff, always super attentive and willing to help. The breakfast was the best of our stay in Thailand, and this is our third time in the country. They offer snacks and coffee throughout the day, which is a very kind touch. You won't find a better place to stay. Thank you so much for everything. We hope to visit you again.

Everything was great honestly, employees were very friendly, cooperative.. but the room service is not that good .. bathrooms seat were not that clean I swear I could have seen little pieces of poops stuck at the inside of the toilet seat .. IDK for people who are germaphobic like me you’ll have a terrible time .. although I told the room service specifically to clean that spot of poop but they didn’t and I saw them cleaning the bathroom in front of me and it was really poor method of cleaning .. and I recall one day coming from outside to find poop in the bathroom seat which I remember before leaving I cleaned the seat very well .. but Idk maybe it’s just me and I forgot to flush
Anyhow .. great swimming pool , the vibes of the hotel and the design is pretty good too .. they offer free water and snacks throughout the day what a nice place to chill .. breakfast is good too .
