This hotel us absolutely perfect! 😍❤️
The staff is soooooo nice and welcoming, rooms are soacious, location is great and the cleaning is PERFECT! ✨✅
The buffet breakfast is also amazing and you can also Just walk in for the breakfast as a non-hotel customer - for 150thb/person from 6:30-10:30 am. 🥐
There is also an amazing workspace at the lobby. 💻

The regular room felt like a prison cell with no windows. This wasn’t advertised explicitly on booking.com. Staff were kind and offered to upgrade to the balcony room for a fee which was much better, but for the total price I paid, I could’ve stayed at a nicer boutique hotel in the area. Breakfast was not good, especially with some tour groups being disrespectful and contaminating the food. We skipped the breakfast after the first time trying it.

friendly and helpful staff, plus smily chef with great breakfast every morning!
small swimming pool but already enough for relax and chill.
strategic location, jus crossing the roads then could reach the old town. and walkable distance to 2 weekend night markets.
jus one issue is that the shower could only provide warm water (instead of hot), but overall not a problem at all.
last but not least highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back when i travel to chiang mai again!!!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were very helpful and the room was luxurious and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. I can't wait to stay here again! 🙏💚

I had a wonderful stay at Sleep Mai? Thapae Chiang Mai Old City Lifestyle Hotel. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Thapae Gate and the Old City, making it perfect for exploring. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with great recommendations. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Chiang Mai!

Great affordable little hotel in a quiet laneway just off the most.
Great location across from the Old City and walking distance from everything.
Very family friendly with a great buffet breakfast included.
Rooms are of a high quality and very spacious and the beds are so comfortable.
They have adjoining rooms with large bed in one and twin beds in other, one overlooking the pool so you can keep an eye on the kids and chill on your balcony.
Great little pool you can relax in and safe for kids, not too deep and private.
Drinks, snacks and souvenirs available at desk and good price.
The staff are great and very helpful with tours or private car with driver.
Will be back.

Our room is very comfortable. The staffs are so welcoming and helpful especially P'Art. The location is very strategic and near to the tourist spots and very accessible. Highly recommended.

This place is a nice budget spot with a lot of style and good atmosphere. The staff are nice, they let us check in at 7am for a 400 baht fee which is alright. The rooms are pretty spacious. The breakfast isn't anything to write home about and I recommend not pre purchasing the breakfast on booking.com as it's cheaper at the hotel to just pay that day. However the wifi here is ass, it works well in the lobby but in the rooms it can be hard to even watch a video sometimes. It was hard to work and take calls with the wifi. For any other nomads I'm posting the internet speeds from the first floor. Cool place but it definitely needs an internet/network upgrade
