Avoid This Hotel - Disappointing Experience at Hotel Phoenix Karon beach!
Horrible place to stay! The room was tiny, barely sufficient for one person, and utterly unsuitable for families. The service was non-existent - we were met with a resounding "No" for every basic request over 4 days. No extra towels, blankets, pillows, or plates for food were provided.
We were stuck here with two kids due to false promises from the agent about it being a 4-star property. The breakfast was a joke, and the swimming pool was more like a bathtub with no towels or safety supervision.
The staff was unhelpful, refusing to assist with luggage or provide any support during check-out. With so many empty rooms, it felt like a ghost hotel.
Don't believe the positive reviews! Take a closer look before booking. Trust me, you won't want to waste your money here.

Enjoyed our stay here. No complaints. Nice view from rooftop pool. Bathrooms were very big & accessible. Comfy & Big bed

A great hotel, clean great location and very friendly and efficient staff. Plus the coffee shop around the corner opposite did great coffee and food so we went there most days for breakfast . I would definitely come back . Thank you for a great stay

Great value for money! Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to convenience store, market and restaurants. The room was clean and neat, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the infinity pool offered a stunning view.

The hotel is very nice and well-maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily, with towel changes included. They provide two towels per person. The bathroom comes with a courtesy kit, shampoo, and conditioner. I booked a double room with an extra third bed. I slept on the single bed, and it was very comfortable.
Breakfast was good, offering a choice of sweet and savory options. The rooftop pool is a highlight, with stunning views of the sea and surrounding landscape. Additionally, it’s just a few minutes' walk from Karon Beach.
