I wanted to enjoy this Resort but felt it was a bit disjointed. The resort is clean and the staff are friendly. I feel that it is not an appropriate place to stay for disabled people. I had not realised that it is on a steep hill. The lobby is at the top and the beach is at the bottom. The restaurants are not ground level and you have to navigate a strange art style staircase for breakfast or try to navigate a very steep ramp if you cannot walk. Similar with our accommodation, I tripped over the rail from the old tin mine outside the block (love that they have incorporated it!) I think it needs a ramp to cover the part to the stairs for safety. The bars and restaurants closer to the beach open after midday. After 10:30am the only place you can get a soft drink before midday is in the swim up pool bar. But what if I'm not swimming? I survived but it would be nice to be able to walk on flat ground to get a drink before midday. That said the resort is clean and very pretty and the lobby staff especially are very attentive and friendly. The food is very good.

Came back second time to eat the noodles at the restaurant. This time noodles tasted better and had great service by Kwan 1. She was very nice. Husband enjoyed his wagyu burger also. Portion was generous and special thanks to the chef.

The definition of tranquility. Longing to escape the busy routine & endless list of to-dos? Detox from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and treat yourself to this resort. You won’t regret it. One weekend here has refreshed my soul, and given my body much needed rest for a productive week following. Thank you to all the staff who made our experience unforgettable! 🏝️❤️

Thank you to all of your amazing staff who make this hotel so fantastic. Memorable experience. Extremely relaxed - just what we needed before heading around Thailand. Amazing value - kayak around the river to see elephants washing in the river.
Food was very good and cocktails - clean and tidy everywhere!
Only feedback would be the activity area needs some titivation but understand it’s out in the elements so hard to keep pristine.
Yada was so lovely and gave us plenty of tips of the local area to explore.
We stayed in pool villa 9112 which was worth the extra as we are happy relaxing around our own pool - sun dropped out around 4pm but was still worth it.

The actual room was gorgeous (one bed pool villa) but the cleaning of the room was well below par. The toilet roll ran out, there was dust building around our items, (instead of moving our items and dusting, they just dusted around them) floor wasn't cleaned correctly, again mopping around shoes etc. There rug in the living room was grey and was supposed to be white! Apart from that, the rest of the resort was stunning and very clean! The staff couldn't do enough for you. The location is 20 minutes bus from the resort and the free shuttles fill up quickly. The taxi guy outside the hotel is fabulous and for £10 will take you to the market and wait for you to bring you back, so not all bad. The wobbly bridge over to the beach is really bad and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely hotel,great staff can't do enough.
The breakfast was outstanding,everything you could possibly want.
Rooms big and very clean.
Downside no entertainment in the evening.
Everything you need in the room from robes to weighing scales,loved the beach bag you could use.

The hotel itself is very large and beautiful. Very kid friendly with big pools, water slides, sport activities like darts and kaiaking. The private beach is amazing! Cocktails are yummy (but very expensive). The food can be better. On our first day we ordered kids meal and the bread had black mold on it. The breakfast has huge selection but the birds were eating from the food that wasn’t covered…

The shared pool is nice, and big GYM.
We order a suite with a private pool and view, but finally we have no view (there is fence) and no privacy. The water in the pool are cold, and from 12pm there is no sun in the private pool.
The dishes in the restaurant “MALUKA” were so small (when you order a sandwich, you will get half of a baguette/look at the Bolognese picture), the manager here was not nice at all, after I complained about the size and told her I did not want this, she answered “this is the size and you can order one more, you need to pay for this, kapunkha!” and went!! so unserviceable!!
The price in the restaurant does not include services (10%) and government (7%), so for this small Bolognese you need to pay ~300 THB (compared to another restaurant on Thailand, this is not worth it)
In addition to this, all around the hotel you can find dead fleas/wings (I added picture of our entry to the room)

We had a relaxing vacation, We like the private beach and the facilities the hotel provided. Breakfast was tasty and offered many options. My daughter lost her necklaces at the Gym, and the frond desk manger found it for us after we already checked out, and send it to our new hotel. That makes the service very good and excellent! Very recommended.

I had the pleasure of visiting this absolutely stunning resort and I must say, it's a paradise on earth! The resort is nestled amidst lush greenery and boasts of world-class amenities.
