Pullman Khao Lak Resort

Hi, I stayed at this beautiful holiday resort for 10 nights in July 2024. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt well looked after. The staff went above and beyond. The rooms were cleaned and the whole resort was amazing. I haven't been on holidays overseas for.more than 10 years, and after this holiday, I will be planning to come back. Tammy was amazing person who always had a smile on her face and would make her way around to greet guest and make sure everyone is fine.
The buffet meals were great with lots of different dishes. Well done. Hope to see you guys very soon.

This resort offers a pleasant environment for families with children. However, the food in both restaurants we tried was disappointing, and overall, I would not recommend this resort if you're seeking a consistently good experience. Additionally, the cleaning service needs improvement, as the soap dispenser in our room was empty.

On a positive note, the beach is beautiful for walking, though swimming can be challenging due to the large waves.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite, professional and attentive.
We liked the secluded location and beautiful pools. The room was big and spotless. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.
A great place for an all inclusive getaway.

We really enjoyed the Pullman, the staff were attentive and polite and keen to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. Our room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping and wait staff worked very hard to ensure all of our needs were met. The facilities were immaculate and well maintained from the gym, the pools and the grounds. The restaurant food was of a high quality and there were multiple options from Western to Asian inspired dishes. We purchased an all inclusive package, my only criticism was that wines were not available in our drinks' package. Overall I would highly recommend the Pullman

This place exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The rooms were cool, spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was INCREDIBLE! So much selection, that was always replenished and absolutely delicious.
The grounds are absolutely stunning and serene. To top it off the spa was next level, daily massages made our stay absolute heaven. I want to come back again!

Had an amazing holiday at the Pullman Khao Lak. It's a beautiful property, and the gardens are immaculately kept.
Thai hospitality is simply the best as usual, and the food here is superb both at the buffet and Kram restaurant.
Huge central pool and an additional infinity pool at the beach. There are plenty of deck chairs and cabanas plus pool bars at both.
There's a gym here for those interested, kids clubs, and activities. There's also a mini water park for the little ones.
I can recommend the day spa also, and I had a daily 30-minute massage for a very modest price.
Maverick, the hotel manager, personally took the time to speak with us to on departure to ensure we had a nice time.

A Perfect Stay for Families

We stayed here with our toddler and had an amazing time. The place is stunning, and our room was big and clean. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

The swimming pool is spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation and fun. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The location is a little far from town, but if you have a car, it is a perfect place to stay. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to other families.

The Pullman was a luxurious motel, away from the hustle and bustle. Situated on the beach made it a perfect location. We had an awesome view from our room, the rooms were large with high ceilings, the food was brilliant (especially at the Beach Club). This is a perfect location for honeymooners and also children as they have catered for both having 3 pools was ideal with heaps of cabanas to choose from. I have never felt more relaxed, I even attended the well equipped gym and attended a Yoga class.

The bubble jet element to the pool access of my pool access room was an ingenious touch.

In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the beautiful rooms to the great swimming pool and the breathtaking views, every moment was a delight for the senses. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay experience.
