The overall stay was ok but this hotel is a long way from Khao Lak and does not at this point provide a shuttle to Khao Lak. The isolation is an issue but this is somewhat corrected by having both a beach restaurant and massage options outside of the hotel. Staff always tried to please us but overall fell short of poviding what I would consider good service. Food in hotel was good with other non listed food options are available if you ask for them.

Hotel was lovely and rooms good size with great amenities. The beach very quiet and nice location for a quiet holiday.
The service was ridiculously slow. We were charged service charge for any drinks ordered and told to wait to collect them rather than be delivered to us. Not sure how you can charge service charge for no service. The reception staff were not helpful when I wanted to use my Accor loyalty card and they said that points could not be added for the stay only the drinks as booked through Trip.com. The. When leaving we were not able to add the points for drink and food purchased.
We had to wait 20-30 minutes for each drink and any food ordered at the beach bar. It was a joke

The staff at the resort were amazing. Always friendly and helpful. We had an issue with not being able to use contactless payment but this was eventually resolved. The food was great too, pools and gym were very good. The only thing to be aware of is that it is far away from everything. From the resort you need a taxi or car to get anywhere. A complimentary shuttle service would have been perfect.

We had a stay of 7 nights, a family of 2 adults and 2 girls on 5 and 8 years. The atmosphere of the hotel is outstanding, and the staff were exceptionel serviceminded. The location is a bit far away from everything, but for us it was good, as there was a beautiful calm beach. Hotel has shuttle to Khao Lak, markets etc. Would for sure recommend, and hopefully this was not our last time at Pullman Khao Lak.

We loved everything about Pullman Khao Lak. The resort catered to all our needs with 2 young kids. It’s out of Khao Lak centre but not far enough that you can’t explore.
Pools are amazing, kids club was good. Food varied and plenty, drinks good. Staff were polite and very helpful.
Halloween fire show was awesome. Highly recommend.

Hi, I stayed at this beautiful holiday resort for 10 nights in July 2024. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt well looked after. The staff went above and beyond. The rooms were cleaned and the whole resort was amazing. I haven't been on holidays overseas for.more than 10 years, and after this holiday, I will be planning to come back. Tammy was amazing person who always had a smile on her face and would make her way around to greet guest and make sure everyone is fine.
The buffet meals were great with lots of different dishes. Well done. Hope to see you guys very soon.

This resort offers a pleasant environment for families with children. However, the food in both restaurants we tried was disappointing, and overall, I would not recommend this resort if you're seeking a consistently good experience. Additionally, the cleaning service needs improvement, as the soap dispenser in our room was empty.
On a positive note, the beach is beautiful for walking, though swimming can be challenging due to the large waves.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite, professional and attentive.
We liked the secluded location and beautiful pools. The room was big and spotless. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.

We really enjoyed the Pullman, the staff were attentive and polite and keen to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. Our room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping and wait staff worked very hard to ensure all of our needs were met. The facilities were immaculate and well maintained from the gym, the pools and the grounds. The restaurant food was of a high quality and there were multiple options from Western to Asian inspired dishes. We purchased an all inclusive package, my only criticism was that wines were not available in our drinks' package. Overall I would highly recommend the Pullman
