Location: 45 km from airport, Phuket town, 800 m from the centre of Phuket town, 550 metres from the nightlife centre, Patong beach – Bangla road, 350 m from a major shopping center Jungceylon.
Consists of two 7-8-storey buildings.
Total area: 20 000 m2.
The hotel has 200 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 1 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

The hotel location was decent. The room was generally clean, but the bed was very hard,difficult to sleep. The soundproofing was poor,we were disturbed by loud noise from the neighboring room late at night. We called the front desk for assistance in quieting them down.
Breakfast options were average, and unfortunately, I suffered food poisoning after eating there. It ruined my entire day. After checking out, I had to use the lobby restroom multiple times, feeling extremely unwell. When I informed the front desk staff, they only asked what I had eaten for breakfast. I was so weak that I asked if there was a room available for me to rest temporarily, but to my disappointment, there wasn’t any, and they showed no concern for my situation.
I'm certain that the hotel breakfast caused my food poisoning. I urge everyone to be cautious with what to eat, especially for children. Overall, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Nice 3 night's experience there.
Location is pretty.
Service is great.
Plenty of parking. Food is so delicious.
🌊view para gliding is much good.
Patong beach. Bangla market, walking street is very nearby.
One indian restaurant is also nearby.

Rooms were pretty sketchy. They were clean but poorly stocked and the window from the bathroom to the bedroom was a little weird.
The beds are really hard.

This hotel really disappointed me, it's not worth the price. During check-in, they asked for a 2000 Thai baht deposit, and they don't take you to your room or help with luggage. The hotel’s design is a bit odd, the space is narrow, and the bathroom door is installed backward. The view is also terrible — there's a building right across from the room, so you can see into the other side and they can see into your room as well. The soundproofing is poor, and the breakfast is just okay.

Staff and Service:
The staff at the Andakira hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room maid, Poo, deserves a special mention - she always did an excellent job cleaning the room and made sure everything was spotless. The reception staff were available 24/7 and spoke perfect English, assisting with any questions or requests I had. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.
Accommodations:
My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bedding was high quality and the air conditioning worked great to keep the room cool in the Phuket heat. The bathroom was also spacious and had good water pressure in the shower. While the room decor was a bit dated, it was still perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay.
Dining:
The hotel breakfast was a real highlight. It was served in a large buffet-style setup, with a huge variety of options to choose from. The fresh coffee and made-to-order scrambled eggs on toast were personal favorites. There was something to suit every taste, from local Thai dishes to Western favorites.
I did try the hotel's room service once, and while the food was exceptionally good, it was quite expensive compared to the local restaurants in the area. I opted not to dine at the onsite restaurant as the prices were similarly high.
Amenities:
The hotel has a pool on-site, though I didn't end up using it myself. Towels are provided for guests to use at the pool area. The 24/7 security presence and free parking were also nice perks.

The Andakira hotel has an excellent central location, just a short 5-10 minute walk from both Patong Beach and the lively Bangla Road. It's also very close to a nice shopping mall and bustling local markets, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot.

While the on-site dining was quite pricey, the hotel's central location and range of amenities make it a great choice for exploring Phuket. I would happily stay here again.

Overall if need a clean and nice place for vacation don't choose this hotel.
Room cleaning is very worst. We go out around 10.20 am and already request for room cleaning, after we came back 4.30 pm the room still unclean and I needed a shower at this moment.
* First time face this issue at a 4 star hotel
The good part is near night market and there is many restaurant around.
This hotel is booked by the travel agent.
Won't back to this hotel again.

I recently stayed at Andakira Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is excellent, with clean rooms and all necessary amenities. A special shoutout to the housekeeping staff, particularly Ammy, who was incredibly helpful and ensured the rooms were always cleaned on time.
The hotel's location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from both Bangla Road and Patong Beach, making it convenient for exploring the area. The swimming pool is a great addition, complete with a bar offering friendly service and refreshing drinks. They even provide towels for the pool and beach, which is a nice touch.
The only downside was the 2000 baht security deposit required upon check-in. Despite this, I highly recommend Andakira Hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and fantastic amenities.

Very old hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. But the doors won't lock properly (not just my room across all the rooms on the floor so everyone will be closing it very loudly and it was a nuisance at the night).
Kids room balcony doors can't be locked (in spite of complaining 2 times was not fixed). Aircon was switching off randomly multiple times and found mosquitos.
Food was just average.
The reception staff were very rude when asking some questions to them directly in English they were commenting to each other (most likely in) Thai language and was laughing and didn't feel welcome when I stepped in.
This is not really 4 star hotel, at best 2 or 3 stars.
Location was good, you will get a lot of food option and lot of Medical shops, 7-11 etc.
I will personally avoid if possible.

I gave 1 star to this hotel because of :
- bathroom smelly, even though keep switching on exhaust fan the smell was still there.
- shower water pressure very low, and difficult to adjust the right temperature for me.
- hair dryer blower also very slow and doesn't fell hot at all.
- Water Kettle was leaking
- TV remote control many buttons are not working.
I don't know why this hotel will let customers check in to room with so many problems.
I think this is the worst hotel I had stayed.

The location is the first great thing about this hotel. Quiet location just off the main street, which means it's easy to access restaurants, shopping and many other things but without all the noise. The staff are friendly. The pool area is small, but lovely with a wrap around swimming pool.
