Nest resort is located not very far from patong beach, it's very quiet and clean the staff is very friendly he is very helpful and also you can rent a two wheeler here on the hotel property itself starting from 200 Baht for a 110CC scooter.

Great if you like molded walls,water damaged doors etc ,reminded me more o
f a youth hostel than anything asked about the monthly rent got 3 different answers.

The room was extremely dirty.
Barely any lights as you can see in the pictures.
No lights in the bathroom.
No shower curtain so the water went everywhere.
No hot water.
The door in the bathroom is rotten.
The walls are rotten.
The pillows had moist or I don’t know what but very dirty and unhealthy.
The safe wasn’t working.
Couldn’t change the settings on the AC.
We paid for a double bed, they gave us 2 twin beds and never respected our reservation even when we showed them proof of payment.
The staff was nice but “couldn’t do anything” about it.
Way too expensive for what it is. Needs a lot of work.

Super friendly and clean resort. The host is very helpful and present throughout the day for any questions or concerns. Their dog is also very lovely! The outside/pool area is well maintained and rooms are cleaned daily. There is a Family Mart and 7-Eleven very close by. As well as a few lovely restaurants seconds from the resort. The area is nice and quiet change of pace from the main strip in Patong. You can hire scooters from reception as well as each room having a fridge fully stocked for room service. Overall I highly recommend The Nest!

A very beautiful hotel in the city of Phuket, close to food restaurants and markets, and there are laundry services, motorcycle rental, and entertainment trips near the hotel. It is about 2 km from the Night Night Street and Patong Beach The staff are great, a group of girls doing an excellent job

Nice Place, with really warm couple who take care of this place. We were a group of 7 guys, and not for once we faced any problem.Worth recommending.

Cosy and quiet place with a dozen of rooms. The one on the top are a bit bigger. Swimming pool is good. Queen size beds inside the rooms. You need to ask to make the room. The staff speak English and is friendly. Just breakfast but dozen of restaurants around. It's better to have a motorbike.

The hotel is situated in a sleepy little area which was easy to find. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are okay considering the price I paid for. It's not far from the main attractions in Phuket. I would definitely advice people who are on a budget to stay here. It doesn't feel like a hotel but rather like a guesthouse where we are one big family.
