Service is poor
Food was very good, including dinner and breakfast with a lot of variety which most of the hotels offer.There were subtle variations in the few items given in the breakfast, largely it was same, but everything tasted good.
The most important factor to choose this 3 rated hotel was its location with respect to the holiday destination you want to cover.
Ypu will cherish the stay at the hotel.the staff were helpful and courteous... recommended from my end.
When I booked this hotel the pictures looked good so I booked it. As the taxi took us to the hotel I started to get worried but WOW this place is fantastic first you are greeted but the warmest smiles from the staff who speak English the reception is very clean and welcoming. Then even though we were really early and I mean early 7.30am they still checked us in and gave us our keys so we went to the room and we were really surprised as when I booked the room I booked I got a room with no windows and didn't hold much hope but the room is more than 3 stars I would say 4 star as you have everything you wish. Once you open the door you are greeted with 2 towels made into 2 swans on the BIG double bed also in the room is TV with Thai, English,German and Russian channel's, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and a bathroom with walk in shower(wet room) with shampoo also in the room you have a safe and most importantly aircon. As for shopping and the beach your only a 5 minute walk to them.
I travel all over the world and this has never happened to me before but the hotel owner even introduced himself to me (Jerry) a Chinese man is a very approachable person who will have a chat with you and male you feel welcome as well.
Well done Pimrada Hotel I will be back again
