Birds and Bees Resort

A cozy green hotel on the peninsula is almost within walking distance to the city, with an excellent restaurant attached to it. But there are nuances.
English is very poorly spoken at the reception. We were not ready to receive them, despite the fact that the room was booked several months before arrival.
They didn't have enough of my passport, so they had to look for a reservation on their phone. This is ridiculous, because upon arrival and an hour before arrival at the hotel, I informed the hotel about the time of my arrival. Apparently, different people read the mail and receive guests(
However, those who read the mail helped me quickly arrange additional flowers in the room on my daughter's birthday upon arrival. Here - thanks and respect to the staff.
Upon arrival, the girls had to show the correspondence from the booking office so that they could find my number.
They fell into sin and settled. If I hadn't reminded them about paying for flowers, they wouldn't have remembered. To the question of the manager's work, as for me, it is necessary to drive him away.
This is our fourth time at this hotel in the last 10 years.
The previous time was 5 years ago. All the same comments that I left are relevant today. The hotel is visited by an international audience. More Europeans.
Why not hire at least one intelligent employee at the restaurant and at the reception who speaks English????!!!!
Customer orientation is also not great - we needed a microwave oven - our request was categorically rejected, regardless of the willingness to pay for it.
As for the beach: there used to be a bar on it, the staff set up sun loungers and gave out towels.
Now the bar has been demolished. Some semblance of it migrated to the 1st floor under the terrace of the restaurant almost at the exit to the beach. I haven't seen any visitors there in 2 weeks.
Going out to the beach itself 1.10. I came across a large number of jellyfish in the water. I didn't dare to dive. I talked to the guard - he said that it's the season of poisonous jellyfish. Several people from the hotel were hospitalized. Then I read about this problem on the Internet. But! The hotel did not even deign to put up signs about the dangers of bathing, which is full of information on the Internet!!! The hotel is probably waiting for lawsuits. I hope the victims will present them after recovery. A week later, they began to put up deck chairs, but no more than 10.
The cleaning is good, it gets better if you add tips.
Breakfast is not bad. Several egg options are prepared to choose from, at least up to 4 hot Thai-style eggs are offered.
There are no desserts: dry croissants and inedible pancakes appearing every other day do not count.
The hotel is good for its privacy. All two weeks of our stay, we were lucky-we found the hotel almost empty. The stay was overshadowed in the last 2 days - it was a "long weekend" that marked the beginning of the season, the hotel was packed to the eyeballs.

One of my favorite spots for great dinner in beautiful and romantic setting. Best for sunset also. Some of the profits are donated for Healthcare projects.
Real pain in the ass is extra fee for service at the end on top of the bill. Modern cheating for me.

Quiet resort on the beach. Good restaurant with a great view, great service and good breakfast. Room standard but clean. Good value for money. Recommended!

Set in lush gardens, the resort has access to a nice pool and restaurant plus beachfront easy access. The facilities and rooms are a little dated but large and clean with daily room service.
There are a lot of mosquitos due to the tropical weather but the staff are great at advising on how to keep the rooms mosquito free.
Breakfast was great- lots of variety and good quality of meals.
The themed condoms all over are a bit strange but overall didn’t bother me that much.

This place is oasis in Pattaya in reasonable price with beachfront access and good for hideaways from the heat, and noises. You will be surrounded by trees shades and cute animal in jungle area (friendly cats, birds chirping, the swifty squirrel, fluffy rabbits, water monitor). If you come solo and have no car, no worries. I recommend commuting by Grab bike (taxi apps) or rental scooter for those who got driving skills to avoid traffic jam during your stay. The resort offers you wide range of breakfast both Asian food and western style. The restaurant (Cabbage&Condoms) is also a part of the resort area, so you can have dinner with sea view, no need to worry about eating out. Apart from all the nice atmosphere and professional service from the staff, the downside might be its old facility/wood furniture but offset with the tranquility, cleanliness and all the amenities they provide, I still give this place five stars.

Overall, this no-frills beachfront hotel is an affordable option for families seeking direct beach access, sunrise/sunset views, and basic amenities without extra luxuries. While the property shows some age, its beachfront setting and reasonable rates make it a solid value.

Prime location in pattaya, direct Beach access, staff VERY friendly and helpful. We first had a room in the 200s which i can not recommend because you hear a lot from outside and the air-condition for the whole block is right outside your window as well as the bar next door. The view is a wall under construction. We upgraded the same day to a pool view room with a balcony, it was great!! I can really recommend the villas 5-8. The compound is beautifully arranged, lots of green and it is a pleasure to walk all the small paths.

The restaurant has friendly staff, the food though did not satisfy our expectations and the coconut is 3 times the price compared to the ones you get 20m downstairs at the beach. Everything we ordered came on point though so service is good.

The pool is clean and prefect for families with kids, everything was clean, they have rabbits and lots of ponds with koi fish. You can get better deals for your money somewhere else in Thailand but I think it is a good deal for pattaya.
