I recently stayed at Sunshine Vista Pattaya and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax, offering nice views of the city and sea.
Breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. For the price, this hotel offers great value and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Pattaya.
Where they come short in my opinion; the lobby / reception doesn’t put the AC on making it a little hot and unpleasant to hang out. Corridors to the rooms can use an upgrade and last but not least the breakfast was 4/10 at best.
Saying all that , I would still recommend if you get it at a good price

I would recommend and stay again as cheaper than most comparable hotels.
If you like to come to Pattaya and chase the Thai girls this is a great option. There are bars and massages shops everywhere.
