Beach: public sandy beach in 2 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, towels – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

This was my first visit to Thailand, and this was the first hotel I checked into. The process was swift, the room was great, and it had a wonderful view. I liked everything about the hotel, including the rooms and the location. The pricing is a bit higher, but the overall experience was great. I had a wonderful stay here. I will be coming back to the city in November and plan to book the same hotel.

Rooms were clean and spacious
Staff was excellent and very helpful even in the early morning.
Location is close to all major amenities.
I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Short 2 night stay so thought we would give it a go.
Didn't start well with the reception. Two young ladies with quite a bit of attitude and some unjustified superiority.
Room was on the 6th floor. Immediately hit with a musty odour when exiting the lift.
Room was somewhat worse, it definitely seemed damp. Air-conditioning was noisy and didn't well well given the room odour.
Didn't notice until leaving that there was black spots on the ceiling near the air conditioning vents.
Location not particularly close to anything and Bolt drivers seem to have trouble finding it.
All in all, very disappointing for the price.

Spacious and clean rooms.
Hotel does not have restaurant of its own. However there is a restaurant - Irish Pub across the road which delivers food to the rooms. Restaurant timing is 16:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs. Lunch is not available.

Had a good stay for 12 nights.
* Rooms are pretty dirty to be honest with you.
* The AC is loud and blows right on the bed. No lesser setting than pretty loud.
* I had a fridge even tho no site listed it. But boy was it loud when it started cooling about 2 times every hour!
* Room cleaning was any time from 11 to 14 but it was no problem to ask them to come back later.
* Reception was very nice I don't know what the negative comments I read was about.
* Nice location. Especially if you want to be close to to Soi 6.
* Quiet area but a bass beat from somewhere until late. Barely heard it inside, didn't bother me whatsoever.
* Laundromat outside the entrance
* Fair priced Thai restaurant just outside the entrance to get you that quick meal on arrival and in the morning.
P.S Be aware of the first turn on the road to 7-eleven when walking. Cars make tight turns around that bend.

Excellent value for money and quality. Clean and tidy. Shops and cafes nearby. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

In a blog i read that this hotel will cheat on your security money. So I will avoid this hotel on my next trip.

Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a great size. We had a corner king room which was larger than expected, the balcony was nice.
Breakfast is at a sister hotel, maybe 200 yards from the Nova Gold. The staff at breakfast are amazing also, special mention to Nipon, who made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and if we came back to Pattaya, we would stay here again. All I would say is while the pool area and jacuzzi is very nice, it isn't in the sun due to trees, but that's a small point! Overall a great hotel
