Location: 130 km from airport Bangkok, in the Northern part of Pattaya, in 3 km from the centre of Pattaya Walking street.
Consists of two 2-3 storey buildings and six 1-storey houses.
The hotel has 134 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds - fee, towels from the hotel free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Otherwise, price do not much the expectations but it is very near to Terminal 21 Mall and about 10 minutes to the beach.
The beauty of the garden is captivating, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation with the swimming pool. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable stay, combining top-notch service with stunning surroundings.
The garden areas are generally run down and in need of a bit of TLC here and there.
Wifi does not work in the rooms but is ok elsewhere around the resort.
A bit more effort and a little expense could see it being so much better.
£160+ one night stay, no breakfast, bed was shocking, ended up sleeping outside on balcony, poor signs, could not see after dark. couldn even find room, badly lit grounds, . but heyy, it was new years eve and i had jack and coke helping me out with my dissapointment, if i had of been with a partner and family for a holiday there i would of been so upset,
