Ploen Place Residence Hotel

Overall good, the room is spacious and clean, there is a refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, everything works well, the holiday plan in Pattaya was only 5 days, but it continued to grow to almost a month, the room at Ploen Place Resident was so comfortable that I was too lazy to go home hahaha

Excellent location where is pretty close to t21 shopping mall, staffs are friendly and professional , always warmly welcomed us. Thanks, we would like to visit again.

Ploen Place Residence is a small hotel located on Pattaya Sai 2. Convenient transportation near tourist attractions on Pattaya Second Road such as Tiffany's Show, Big C and Terminal 21 Department Store.
Overview of the hotel
The parking lot can accommodate about 20 cars. Vehicles that are not very tall must be careful because the hotel exit is quite high.

There is a washing machine. A clothes dryer is available on the first floor.
There is only 1 passenger elevator.
It is a 9-story hotel and has a strong fire exit following the principles of tall buildings.
The air conditioner is quite loud.
The room is not soundproof. On the day I stayed, foreign tourists made loud noises early in the morning because they talked outside the room, causing disturbances to rest.
The bathroom has shampoo, shower cream, and water heater.
Rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, and hair dryers.
The plug to charge the phone is stuck on the far side from the head of the bed.
There is a loud noise when moving.
The balcony has a sink.
The coffee cup set was not clean, had dust and stains that could not be completely cleaned.

All of these are personal opinions and the atmosphere that I stayed in because there were foreign tourists. I got a room on the 4th floor, room 408.

Good hotel whis middle price. Located in calm and clean street. Beach - 5 minutes, shopping moll "Terminal" - 7 minutes.
There are a lot of cafes, exchanges and 7/11 in area.

In hotel 8 rooms in each floor, there is no noise. There is a lift. A room is spacious, big bed, wardrobe, microwave, teapot. The bed was comfortable for me (the mattress is hard, the pillows are high). Wi-Fi worked stably, high speed.
There are no extraneous smells and insects. Hot water in bathroom and  air-conditioned (noisy) worked normally. You have to pay deposit 500 baht, it will be returned after check out.

As a small hotel, it has a unique location advantage. There are abundant restaurants and entertainment in the surrounding area. It is a five-minute walk from the beach. The room is of suitable size and has good sound insulation. There are few Chinese people and there is a balcony. However, the room is slightly old, but I don’t care. I will return it in the future. Will stay here, cost-effective.

Really nice hotel and very clean. About a five-minute walk to the beach, and a huge shopping mall. No swimming pool though. Very friendly staff and helpful parking guy. I would definitely stay there again as the value was tremendous.

One of the newer hotels. Modern, clean, spacious, great location one block from beach close to Soi 6, soapy massages, Central Marina, Terminal 21, great price $30/night. Stayed here 10 nights. Security guard very friendly. No extra charge to bring girl back to room. Front desk will even call room when girl leaves to make sure you are ok. Laundry onsite. Big fridge, balcony and a strong AC are bonus points that brings it to 5 stars

Hotel with good location and affordable price. The room is big and comfy and clean with a big balcony. The air conditioning is awesome as they he industrial type air cond. The location is near Chinatown Street and a good seafood and grill restaurant is just 2 minutes away. One of the hottest pub Hollywood is 10 mins away from the hotel too. The staffs were friendly as well and will help you if u need directions or recommendations. However, this hotel does not have a pool or gym. The only issue from me and my friends is the bathing water flow is not strong.
