Worst hotel wifi ever! It disconnects every 3 minutes plus the speed is

When checking out, my wife and childs were accused of taking the soap coaster. What do we want to take the soap coaster for? We don't even use glasses in hotel rooms because they don't guarantee cleanliness. This was very embarrassing because he was accused in front of all the tour participants. What kind of hotel accused their guest like that in front of many people. Shame on you

Rooms are priced like it is located in a prime location,
and very expensive,
No ironing room
No room service
Breakfast is not good
Nothing is available on Room service, I found better value next day 60% lesser price than this hotel

Only locations is near and good but all the services not good even brakefast is not wealthy nothing is good for that hotel in this price

Worst hospitality at this hotel . The room we were staying had no Wi-Fi signal in the room. I had to stand in the corridor to get signal . I informed the front desk and showed to the engineer who was trying to restart the access point that the access point has no issue, it’s the signal attenuation which is the problem. He agreed to that but the front desk were arguing that Wi-Fi is working. I asked them to change the room and they had rooms but were resistant towards offering me a room. I asked for the hotel manager and the manager was not there leaving the hotel with a dumb staff. I was told the manager comes at 9 or noon time and there is no way to contact the manager. The staff was very rude as if it’s my fault the Wi-Fi is not working. The moto of Thailand , is “land of smiles”. This hotel management doesn’t believe in the core value of Thailand!

I will never recommend this hotel and if you have already booked, go ahead and cancel your bookings. There are much better options in the same area and much much better service.

BTW, the hotel manager name is Ramika , who is the owner as per the rude staff. Applaud the ownership! Off course, pun intended!!
