Fabulous location, clean and affordable, great staff. Pool closes early imo. Go left to the Avenue or right to soi buakhao, it's all here

Nice clean hotel with modern furniture and design with reasonable prices (if you take it through trip.com). Our only small concern was that there were no windows that could be opened. But all in, nice staff, nice experience. We didn't taste the food although it looked nice.

The main road and shopping malls are nearby, so it's very convenient. The rooftop pool and bar are also fantastic. I personally recommend including breakfast with your stay.  
Amenities are kept to a minimum, so make sure to bring anything you might need.

Stable WIFI. Quiet rooms despite being in the middle of a busy area. Enjoyed my stay.

This is my preferred stay when in Pattaya. There is gym on the second floor which I use daily. The location is quiet but in easy reach of everything.
I recommend taking the breakfast option!

Perfect location for a bar and nightlife. Live roof top bar. I always stay here when visiting Pattaya. Staffs was very nice and helpful. Roof top pool is my fav.

I am writing this letter as a guest who stayed at your hotel between [02june2025] - [09june2025]. First and foremost, I would like to express my satisfaction with the general atmosphere, cleanliness, and facilities your hotel offers.

However, there is a more significant and specific reason for writing this letter. During my trip to Thailand, I unfortunately experienced a deeply unfortunate and unsettling incident outside the hotel that left me profoundly shaken. When I returned to your hotel in a state of shock and stress from this event, I was met with extraordinary professionalism, empathy, and humanity by your reception team and the security guard on duty at that moment.

When I explained my situation, these employees took immediate action to calm me down, make me feel safe, and provide assistance. They did not merely fulfill their job requirements; they went above and beyond by showing great sensitivity and effectively pulling me out of the unpleasant situation I was in. Had it not been for their prompt, solution-oriented, and sincere intervention, overcoming the trauma of the incident would have been much more difficult.

These employees are the greatest testament to the fact that your hotel is not just a comfortable place to stay, but a sanctuary that prioritizes the safety and peace of its guests above all else. I commend you and your establishment for having such valuable, proactive, and genuinely caring staff who prioritize guest satisfaction from the heart.

I believe it is crucial that you are aware of their exemplary conduct and that these valuable employees are recognized for their efforts. Thanks to them, what could have remained a terrible memory was transformed into a moment of understanding how special your hotel is to me.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my infinite gratitude to the valuable staff who assisted me that night, and to you for operating with such a team. You can be assured that I will undoubtedly choose your hotel again on my future travels to Thailand and will recommend you to my circle with full confidence.

In my opinion, the hotel we stayed had 2 lack of. The first is that there is no balcony, the second is the smoking area only outside the hotel. Apart from that, everything is available in a hotel. You can come and stay with peace of mind

Our stay in Travelodge Pattaya is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is quite small but modern and clean. I hope there will be 2 sandals for the guests in the room and maybe razor for man in the room! I would totally recommend the hotel!
